Nightmare Before Christmas Themed RP!

The plot is basically:
Since Christmas when Jack tried to be Santa, The different holiday doors have started having meetings. In the tree circles, one representative from each holiday town appears for a diplomatic meeting. Our characters are those diplomats. At first, it was serious, but now it's just a bunch of teens gathering every couple of weeks and goofing off for "diplomatic purposes". Unfortunately, when a new door appears (April fools), this problem is left in the hands of 7 untrained, unprepared teenagers. This door is recognized by them, and the diplomat who steps out isn't the kindest.

Appearance: Here is the gist of it. She's about 5'4 and weighs 110 pounds. She's very thin but healthy-looking. She has very nice teeth and pretty eyes
Personality: She's bubbly and energetic, and a bit of a prankster. She keeps the Halloween town spirit more cheerfully. She loves animals, especially the ugly or scary ones. She likes people to an extent. She used to want to live in the human world, but her Halloween roots always ruined that dream. She plays a ton of jokes and can sometimes get annoying, but even then, she's too sweet to be mad at for long.
Holiday Themes/Abilities: She looks normal, but she can take her head completely off. (used the clown with the tear-away face for inspo) She can also peel off parts of herself, like her skin, and her eyes and teeth come out of her head. A lot of the time, if she gets hit her head falls off and when it hits the floor, her teeth fall out. She can still talk when her head is off, and see when her eyes are out.

Other: In the human world, she's an internet legend. Creepypasta-type urban legend and that's how she likes it. She's known as "The Beheaded" and posts pictures of her in the woods to keep the legend going

Personality: Smart, caring, no-nonsense. enjoys escaping responsibilities and hanging out with other kids. They take the meetings as an escape from their serious demeanor, able to be more kid-like, teasing, and having fun.
Holiday Themes/Abilities: Half bunny, moves fairly quickly, has an eye for detail and good hiding places.

Appearance: Pale skin, grey-blue eyes, long, white hair and eyelashes, white freckles like snow. Her hair has dark blue tinsel weaved into it. She wears a dark blue coat lined with white fur, with silver sparkly patterns, over a white turtleneck sweater, light blue pants, and white combat boots. She’s about 5’2, and not skinny but not overweight. She is based off a starry winter night rather than the traditional red and green Christmas.
Personality: shy, friendly, soft-spoken, a bit scared of people (especially Halloween people). She doesn’t like talking much, but she’s happy to listen to others. She normally stays out of the way of people unless she absolutely has to be involved.
Holiday Themes/Abilities: she’s somehow always cold, but perhaps that’s just the constant chill that seems to follow her presence. She’s also cold to the touch. She can make snow with her bare hands, but it usually disappears once it hits the ground. She can’t get hypothermia and has a spectacular cold tolerance, but a terrible heat tolerance.

Other: She loves snow and the night sky, which is why she dresses the way she does.

Her ears are long and pointed, she has silvery wings with golden speckles. She is a fay. She wears dark green leggings, as she has experience with people who take st. Patrick's day seriously. Otherwise, her clothes are fairly dark.
Personality: she's tricky, enjoys playing pranks, and enjoys the presence of Syfin. She also knows how to spot pranks, but usually trips them anyway. As a fay, she loves causing mischief, although she never causes harm, only slight inconveniences. She has been known to steal names.
Holiday Themes/Abilities: she is a fay, a creature of the night, tricks, mischief, pranks, and name stealing.
