HI GUYS I'M EXCITED TO TELL YOU THAT I NEED TO MAKE A RELIGION FOR WONDERLAND
i'm less excited to tell you I have absolutely no ideas for it
what kind of religion would you think wonderlandians (wonderlandites?) would follow?

What if it's supposedly monotheistic with the queen of hearts being their god, but most people are polytheists or believe in a different god? That could be a reason the queen of hearts gets so angry.

Think about how your magic works and ways the Wonderlish (Wonderlish because England —> English) (or maybe Wonderlanders by analogy with Cloud-Cuckoo-Landers) folk have of describing it. If there’s several different kinds of magic, maybe they believe in several different deities, or if magic is largely tied to nature, maybe they believe in one Nature goddess (Mother Nature/Gaia) or they could be animists (everything has a spirit).

Okay that is a super rad idea and I would totally use it but it doesn't fit the premise of my book
