"Yea, every Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday." She retracted her hand to take a sip of her drink. "What about you?"

“I come whenever Elenor lets me.” She laughed “so on the weekends and sometimes Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.”

"Oh, so your not one of the newbies." Chuckling towards the end of it. "If you don't mind my asking, who's Elenor?"

“Eleanor is my 4 year old daughter. I adopted her a year ago and she is still wary of me. I don’t like leaving her with a baby sitter.” She said and picked upnher soda “but I guess a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.”

"Oh," Maya commented after taking a while to figure out the last part. She took one last sip of her drink before calling over another. "I'm kind of bored today so would you want to play 20 questions."

“Sure, or we can play two truths and one lie with shots?”

"How does that work?"

“So I would tell you three things one of which was a lie. If you guess right I take a shot, if you guess wrong you take a shot.” She explained

"Ok, seems easy enough." Maya calls over the bartender for some shots. "I'll go first, I have never been to Zaxby's, my middle name sounds nowhere near Hispanic, and I never eat candy."

“Hmmm…. I say the third one is a lie because candy.” She shrugged

Maya took a shot, thinking that she was going to win that round. "Born in America and I have never been to Zaxby's or Chick-Fil-A. Any my middle name is Ann."

“What does born in America have to do with anything?” She asked confused

"Oh it's just because usually Americans are known for fast food and when I tell people that they are like 'How!'" Maya added with a chuckle.

“Oh I get it!” She laughed “my turn right?”

"Yep."

“Ok… I’ve never been in a straight relationship, I hate strawberries, and I like watermelons.” She said

"The third one is the lie, watermelons drip down your arm and it is so uncomfortable."

“You have to take a shot, it was the first one. I’ve only ever been in a straight relationship.”

"Again…" Maya sighed, she was bad at this game. She took a shot before continuing. "I have a baby yorkie, I've been to an amusement park, and I have been to China."

“Ummm, you don’t have a yorkie?” She asked praying she didn’t have to take a shot

"Finally, you have to take a shot. The lie was China."

“Awe darn!” She said and took a shot. “Wow ok, umm… I am a cartoonist, I love lavender, I am a bookworm.”

"…Lavender." Maya said after careful consideration. She felt like bookworm and cartoonist are kind of similar so she went for it.

“Darnit.” She said and took a shot “lavenders are my most hated flower. Your turn”

"I'm going to make this hard. My first favorite color is white, second is black, third is gold."
