"It's a force of habit, what can I say." She shrugged. Her phone buzzed, her teacher was calling her in for another intervention of her behavior. "Ugh. I've gotta go. See ya later dork." She ruffled his hair, grabbed her back, and headed out into the fading sunlight.

Cole walked down the hall towards the basement stairs. one of the many places they were forbidden to go to. then he stopped because his flashlight went off and he tried to get it back on.

Ryan stuck his tongue out like a little kid, then took his cape off. Guess I should put it away… I don’t want it breaking…
He gently and neatly sorted the cords and the console, he put it back into its container and pushed it under the bed. Have a couple of hours until I can take my shower… I hate that I can’t just take it before the girls…

An hour and 40 minutes later, she slammed the door shut to her dorm room where she was one of the lucky kids that stayed by herself rather than being stuck with a roommate. She hated these interventions, they were so annoying. So she decided to text Ryan. 'Can you bring me some chocolate? I'm too angry to leave the house again and I'm craving something sweet.'

Ryan sighed and picked up his phone, he read the text. ‘I’m about to get a shower, I only have 30 minutes, I guess I’ll go stop at the store and grab something when I’m done. You’ll just have to wait, Alright?’ He put his phone to the side, he was already naked, so he stepped into the shower. Wait, who was in here? They stole my shampoo! NOT THE FLUFF MAKER GAHHHH Ryan looked around the intire shower room, nothing. He looked in his bag, good thing he brought a spare. He took a quick mild shower and put his regular pajamas on. I don’t even care. I’ll just go to the school cafeteria… He took a step into the school, there was only one choclate bar left along with a thing of off brand gummy worms. He bought both with his part time job money, and brought them back to the dorm. He opened the door and shut it gently behind him. “The Rainbow prince is back!”

"In here!" She called from her room. Her room was a pretty unique one. Completely black with gray storm clouds at the top with lightning and rain throughout. She'd painted it herself. Rain always helped her calm down, even if it was just a picture of it.

Ryan’s room on the other hand was rainbow themed, he loved the colors, and even pained white dots that faded into the rainbow colors. He went inside and handed the choclate to her, “Is this okay? It’s from the school I can’t go all the way to the store just for one thing, besides I have work on Saturday.”

"Yeah, whatever." She took the chocolate, tore it open, and bit into it. "Mmm, much better. Sweet sweet diabetes in a rectangle."

Ryan left quickly, laying on his bed. So relaxing… He thought to himself, he rolled to his side then quickly fell asleep.

Like usual, Storm stayed awake. She hadn't slept in days. What was the point? Not like she could ever fall asleep easily anyway.

Ryan has the usual dream, him finding the perfect guy, them falling in love, living happily ever after…

Cole sighed and kept trying to get his flashlight to work but it just wouldn't. and he had left his phone on his bed back in his dorm.
