"Just completely ignore them. Don't grace them with your presence if they're too stupid to deserve it," Abaddon hummed
"Just completely ignore them. Don't grace them with your presence if they're too stupid to deserve it," Abaddon hummed
"I don't think I would grace anyone with my presence anyway." He laughed.
"Oh, shush," Abaddon said with a roll of his eyes
"Are you saying I grace you with my presence?" Grayson raised his eyebrows a little, looking up at him.
"No, I grace you with my presence. It's a gift for me to annoy you," Abaddon answered
"I wish I could return you." Grayson muttered, rolling his eyes.
"Unfortunately, you can't," Abaddon hummed, grinning as he spoke
“Let’s go out. I’m hungry.” Grayson said, pulling his jacket on and looking up at Abaddon.
"M'kay, you're the boss I guess," Abaddon said with a shrug
"I am thank you." Grayson replied, walking out the door and scowling up at the sun.
"Not literally, idiot," Abaddon said, rolling his eyes before flicking Grayson
"Don't flick me." Grayson shied away from him slightly, moving to avoid bumping people.
"Don't tell me what to do," Abaddon said matter-of-factly
"I'll do what I want." Grayson replied, smirking slightly.
"You do that," Abaddon said, rolling his eyes as he stuck his tongue out at Grayson
Grayson began walking down the street, doing a good job of avoiding the people on the sidewalk until a man barreled right into him. Grayson fell and winced a little as his elbow hit the ground.
Abaddon watched Grayson fall, but instead of laughing at him, he felt something like anger at the man who knocked him over. And in that anger he couldn't help but snap. "Bastard!" he hissed, though he was hissing through Grayson's mouth, not his own
(I don't remember if I mentioned it or not, but Abaddon can temporarily control his hosts like a ghost)
(Cool)
The man suddenly turned and glared down at Grayson. “What did you call me?” He growled angrily as Grayson covered his mouth and shook his head, his eyes wide. “I..I’m sorry..I didn’t…I didn’t mean to..” Grayson stammered as the man advanced on him, pulling him up by the collar of his shirt and then pushing hi back to the ground roughly. “Learn to keep your mouth shut boy.”
That seemed to infuriate Abaddon, and he snatched control right back from Grayson. "I said leave me alone, bastard. Or is your skull so thick you can't hear?" he snapped
“Didn’t I tell you to shut your mouth boy?!” Grayson winced and felt the mans anger surge through his mind, momentarily blocking everything else, including Abaddon. “I..I…” Grayson struggled to say something. The man crouched down next to him and punched Grayson in the face which knocked the back of his head down onto the concrete. “I don’t want to see or hear you every again.” He growled, standing up and disappearing once more into the crowd.
"Ugly bastard!" Abaddon shouted after the man, anger flooding him enough to make his appearance change. He looked pissed, to say the least
“Please..stop..” Grayson said quietly, looking up at Abaddon, his eyes filled fear. He was holding himself upright with one hand resting on the ground, the other one holding the back of his head.
"You should have flung that bastard? What kind of psychic are you!" Abaddon spat. "Letting him walk all over you like that. You shouldn't have let him!"
“I..I’m sorry..” Grayson mumbled, his voice shaking as he looked down. He took his hand away from his head and saw some blood on his fingers.
"Pick yourself up and go home. You're going to fix yourself before I fix your wounds for you," Abaddon hissed
“Y’know this wouldn’t have happened if you hadn’t yelled at him!” Grayson glared up at Abaddon. “You pissed him off and I took the beating! I can take care of myself! I don’t need you up my ass every second of the day!” He shouted, pulling his hood up over his head and standing up, walking away quickly.
"I was standing up for you! He should have apologized, he was in the wrong!" Abaddon snapped
“What did you think he was going to do?! Suddenly apologize and forget you called him a bastard?! No. I know who to leave alone and who to fight.” Grayson said, his vision blurring a little. He didn’t even realize he was crying until he felt the hot tears dripping onto his hand.
Abaddon went to start yelling again, but he found the words dying in his throat when he saw Grayson crying. And within a moment, he felt his anger wilt into sadness. "I…I'm sorry. Please don't cry," he murmured, now resting on his knees beside Grayson
“Just stay away from me..” Grayson muttered, stumbling to his feet and walking away from him, back towards the apartment.
