Al thanks the cab driver as he hops out of the car with his luggage, into the cold, dry dawn. He heads toward the main gate, which was heavy, and made of wrought, spiked sterl like the fence surrounding the place.
"Jesus, Christ…" He muttered, as he sat on the bench beside it.

"Wow… I'm actually here.", Yang said under her breath. She felt a sense of accomplishment opening the main gate. This is what she had been training for. She sat on the bench next to a man. "Do you know where to go?", she asked him.

@RedTheLoveless

Ninon waved her thanks to the cabbie before closing the door of the car and walking towards a bench containing two other people. Her face was as blank and grumpy-looking as ever as she dragged her luggage behind her to join the rest of the people. Glancing over at the gate only gave her a sense of foreboding and dread, neither of which were terribly new to her. She stood next to the bench and its inhabitants in silence, not wanting to make annoying small-talk.

"Oh joy, makeshift year-round summer camp. I wonder if we're going to tell campfire stories between fighting off ghosts or whatever." Alex sauntered over to two people sitting on a bench. "So, you two know what's going on here?"

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"Indeed…" A man said, stepping out of nowhere to greet them, and cutting Al off before he could speak. "It seems an evil spirit has slipped through the warding of the camp, Madame Director will be with us briefly…" He finished. He was a tall, gaunt msn, with tied-back black hair.

"Great!" Teddy exclaimed, having been standing behind the bench for a while and was holding his bags with one hand. He was a bit bored from watching the three people sit on the bench.

Yang was a little startled by the man who stepped out of nowhere. "Okay?" She adjusted her small drawstring bag that contained her "luggage". What am I in for this next while?

@RedTheLoveless

"An 'evil spirit' huh? Care to elaborate?" Ninon asked, or more like commanded, dead-pan as she faced the Mysterious Man™. She hadn't even looked anyone in the eye before she spoke up, but she had been watching everyone as more and more people began to show up outside the closed gate.

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"Well, an evil spirit is an enigmatic entity with malevolent intent as you know, usually mid-level intellect and power-" The man was cut off abruptly by a soothing, intoxicating female voice.
"Not yet, Mr. Crowley." It said.
The voice belonged to a woman, who was slightly taller than average, very curvacious, with long, cascading burgundy hair, and striking azure eyes. Her features were elfen, rich yet light, vaguely aristocratic. To her left side on her arm and her leg was a shesthed longdagger, and she wore a long, imposing trenchcoat and a floppy-brimmed hat.
"Do not give away our trade secrets in the open." She said, her lips curving up into a smile.

@RedTheLoveless

"How the fuck did a 'usually mid-level in intellect and power' get through a ward? I'm assuming you two are old and competent enough to make a ward powerful enough to keep an 'evil spirit' like that out, which leaves three possibilities," Ninon crossed her arms, already not liking the vibe she was getting from the two, presumably, adults. "One, it's a really powerful spirit that you can't seem to handle. Two, you're lying to us. Or three, something is terribly wrong. Pick your poison," She began to glare, already distrustful and on edge.

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"I like this one!" The lady said. "But all three of those are wrong… You see, it's not that it got through on its own, in fact for the purpose of introducing you to how things go around here, we let the thing in!" The woman smiled.
"Camp Director, Ceres, at your service!" She tipped her floppy hat, as Mr. Crowley opened the gate.
"In with the lot of you." She said. "Do not worry, your new mentors will keep you safe! They are more than 'old' and 'competent' enough!"

@RedTheLoveless

"Ah. Because nothing says 'Welcome to your new home!' like letting in an evil spirit that could potentially kill us. I suppose I'll be seeing you around or you'll be seeing my dead body, Mrs. Nice-Tits," Ninon smirked at the end and swiveled around on her heel, whipping her black cape around for dramatic effect. She picked up the lead to her luggage and began to drag it behind her as she made her way through the gate and into the building.

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

The witch meandered closer, laying her index finger and thumb on Ninon's chin.
"You're dealing with malignant forces of nature here, this isn't a book, the sooner you learn how this works, the better… Besides, you have Crowley here to keep you more than safe…" She said.
Crowley smiled a brittle, servant's smile.
"She is right!"

@RedTheLoveless

Ninon clenched her jaw to stop her initial reaction of being touched, and forced herself to smile through her screaming instincts. "Oh, I know. It's called having a sense of humor, darling. Live a little," she bit her lip as she pulled away, licking her lips and trying not to glance down as she turned from the woman again. Oh my poor lesbian ass is gonna be so outed by the end of this…

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"I have lived a little… A few centuries longer than you… So maybe you could stand to sit back, shaddup, and enjoy the show!" Director Ceres said, as Crowley prepared himself. He started to adjust his black leather fingerless-gloves, long, thin wires spiraled around him, as he sneered.

Teddy pretty much bounced into the camp, looking around with wonder on his face. This is a lot less impressive then I thought it would be! He thought cheerfully as he entered the camp.

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

"Don't worry darlings… My boys will take care of you!" Ceres said.
Suddenly, a tall, burly man with a coarse, bristly beard approached, coming from nowhere as did Mr. Crowley. This one wore black pads on his elbows and knees, he carried a sheathed sword that was nearly as tall as he was, it was black, with a strong, light, seemingly sheetmetal design.
"Call me Mr. Walsh." He said to the campers, then to the Director. "It's on the East end, coming this way!"

Teddy perked up when he saw the sword. "Can I see your sword? It has such a cool design!" He said with a hand clap, his slight obsession with metalworking taking over for a bit,

"Show?", Yang questioned. "I thought this was a training camp." Or is this just a trick? I have to be careful… especially being the only one without powers.
