Valerie followed after Austin and stopped when she saw Bri and Clyde. "At least half of us are happy…" She muttered under her breath as she went to the car. She honked the horn, causing Clyde to jump. "That's enough you two."

Clyde puffed his cheeks before looking to Bri. "What's up with those two?" He whispered to her.

Valerie was at the gas pump, putting the gas in.

Valerie set the GPS and took the car out of park, rolling out of the gas station. Her eyes flickered from the road to the GPS.

It was a long trip before they got to Florida, but Valerie drove with a lead foot. They got to the Hotel they'd be staying at by 7:30 p.m. She smiled and got out the car. "You guys. Get ready for our first real adventure."
