“Hm… Maybe some lemonade? Did you want anything?” Lilah asked as they stepped inside.
“Hm… Maybe some lemonade? Did you want anything?” Lilah asked as they stepped inside.
Cameron hummed softly. “Lemonade sounds good.”
“All right, so we’ll have pizza and lemonade, then. And Tobias will have applesauce and milk!” Lilah bubbled to the baby, kissing his nose.
Tobias fussed under her lips, shaking his head.
Cameron giggled softly. “Fussy little boy.”
Lilah giggled a bit, too, glancing over at Cameron with a small smile. “You know… This is perfect. You and me and Tobs… And now we’re going to have our own home, and it will be even more perfect.”
Cameron looked up at her, smiling warmly in return. “It is. It’ll be like this for a long while, hopefully. Right?” He asked bracingly down at his son, beaming brightly.
(You’re here! :D)
“Definitely,” Lilah agreed quietly, looking between her two “boys” with a soft smile.
(:D)
Cameron poked an elevator button and led her inside once the elevator opened up. He kissed both of their heads lovingly, hugging his family close.
(I'm ready to up and leave this hous. Honestly… Apparently, my sister and I have been skipping things since we got our phones, so now they're a "problem". You know what the problem is? I'm just so sick of people treating me like I don't know what I'm doing or where I'm going in my life. I'm just so done.)
Lilah grinned at the kiss and looked up at Cameron. "I love you. So much…"
(Wh? Wh? I don’t understand that at all. That sounds really unfair to you and your sis. I understand totally. hugs)
Cameron smiled back down at her, resting his forehead on hers. “I love you too.”
(I'm just… so… done…)
Lilah tilted her head to capture his lips in a soft kiss, reaching up with her free hand to cup his cheek gently.
(;u; i’m sorry)
Cameron took her hand and returned the kiss. Tobias cooed loudly between them.
(I'm okay now. I've calmed down. Thank you RPing!)
Lilah laughed softly against Cameron's mouth when Tobias cooed. "Thank you, Tobs, for giving us your input on the situation," she joked, pulling away to kiss her son's head.
(Hm…)
(Hhh thank you for bumping.)
(Lol. Welcome back.)
Tobias fretfully cooed up at her, raising a hand in his indignant state. Cameron chuckled softly and pulled away when the elevator doors opened.
Lilah grinned down at their son as she stepped out of the elevator. She gently, but firmly, took his hand and moved it away from his face so she could blow a raspberry into his cheek.
Tobias squealed and limply set his head on her chest, shaking his head. He looked very sleepy.
Cameron chuckled and gently took Lilah’s hand from Tobias’. “Come on, Lilah.”
Lilah chuckled a bit and let Cameron lead her into the apartment. “I’m coming, I’m coming…”
Cameron chuckled lightly again and unlocked the door to their apartment. Lily started barking from the other room as they entered, scattering in.
“Lily! Shh, you’re very loud, girl,” Lilah laughed lightly. She glanced at the hallway entrance and saw Lilac slowly making her way out. Her smile softened as she watched the old dog, whose tail started wagging hard when she smelled her people. “Hey, Lilac… C’mere, girl.”
Lily barked and jumped around their feet as Cam sedated her with pats. He turned to watch Lilac carefully, a small smile highlighting his face.
“Hey there, Lilac. You look happy today.”
(How are you feeling?)
Lilac woofed and nosed Lilah’s leg, and the human reached down to pet her dog, careful to keep from dropping Tobias.
“I think she just missed us,” she chuckled.
(Pretty good! I’m sore and hungry)
Cameron laughed softly and reached over to pat Lilac too as he shut the door.
“They both seem very happy to see us.”
(Good! I read something about milkshakes. Did you get one?)
“They’re always happy to see us,” Lilah reminded him with a grin. “All right. I think this little dude is sleepy, so I’m going to go put him to bed. And then we can celebrate!”
(Ye but my mom made mustard chicken which is really good ;u;)
Cameron laughed again and nodded. “Sure thing! I’ll grab out some popcorn.”
(Oh, nice! We had steak. It was okay.)
“What happened to our pizza plan?” Lilah asked, reminding him of what they’d planned earlier.
(aRGHHHH my mom also made noodles and broccoli which she saved some for me. I promised myself I’d eat it on Sunday since it’s softer.)
Cameron paused. “Oh, right! Pizza. Do you want me to order it now?”
(Aw. How long do you have to wait to eat harder foods?)
“I thought I was going to order it,” Lilah chuckled.
