Want's to hang out with friends, talk with them, go shopping, etc. But can't because I can't even speak when my social anxiety starts up, I open my mouth like a goldfish and nothing comes out.

I never cry during YOI but then when JJ was doing his routine and failing during the Grand Prix final I got really sad and started crying cause like, he’s JJ! He shouldn’t do this! But he wasn’t doing good and then his girlfriend was all like JJ JJ JJ!! And it was sad..but really happy too..

(Cardio day, here, to build up stamina for iceskating we will build up cardiorespiratory endurance and such.)
3x Interval
-walk 3 minutes
-run 2 minutes
-skip 1 minute
3x30 jumping jacks
3x30 rock-climbers
3x10 high-knees
3x10 buttkickers

TUESDAY
(Bodyweight day, this is the day where you learn how to functionally control your bodyweight with ease.)
2x15 pushups
2x15 dips
2x15 squats
2x15 lunges
2x15 knee-ups
2x15 calf-raises
Pushup plank 30 seconds
Abdominal plank 1 minute
Wall sit 50 seconds

WEDNESDAY
(Core day is to give you a stable, limber core so you can twist around without worry.)
3x20 situps
3x40 crunches
3x30 Russian twists
3x15 rock-climbers
1 minute abdominal plank
40 seconds pushup plank
30 second cobra stretch
30 second toe touch

THURSDAY
(Take a break, but remain extra active throughout the day. Sleep more.)

FRIDAY
(It's yoga day! Flexibility and balance are key… Just pick out a yoga video on YouTube that you can do after these things..)
20 second bicep stretch
20 second shoulder stretch
20 forward arm circles
20 backward arm circles
20 second hamstring
20 second toe touch

SATURDAY
(Lucky you. Another break. You keep being active though!)

SUNDAY
(Footwork day! Footwork is essential for iceskating! So duh!)

3 minutes backwards walking
