He fell asleep but his hold on her never really loosened, he wanted her as close as he could get her.

Lillian also held onto Darren. She was still scared of letting go.

He cooed softly in his sleep. He was at peace as long as she was there.

She watched carefully, being sure to look for anything bad.

He approached it slowly, the creature was like a person accept it walked on all fours and had a tail and lizard like skin.

(It's 5 AM and I'm miserable.)
She bit her thumbnail, chewing on it slowly from nerves.

"So what happened with him and Belle?" Fleur asked, hoping for a little more information.

"Oh. They dated awhile back but he was like… 19 when she was 13 or 14… Nonetheless they were in love until Cooper made some poor decisions and Belle left him. He didn't tell anyone but that really broke him and when he came back into town he found his brother had cancer and his girl was in love with someone else. That being Ryan who she's now marrying… Belle cheated on Ryan with Cooper and she told him she was in love but recently told him it was a lie and she was paying him to get back at him for what happened a long time ago… It's literally killing him, he's angry and irritable. He doesn't have to be her boyfriend, he just wants to be in her life. He loves her a lot but she doesn't see that I guess,"

Fleur was astonished. "So… Cooper just wants to have Belle in his life… and it will make him happy?" she said slowly, putting the fragile pieces together.

Yeah… it was playing on repeat in the background and the remotes had shut themselves off.
