Zander wanted to hit him, but remembered his promise to Dani, and settled for words." Nah, she came because you weren't good enough to do it without her. And I'm here for kicks."

Will's expression turned to one of disgust. Then he turned away. "Come on London. Let's go talk to the owner of the shop. Surely Danno can do something of use." Dani bit her tongue, staying silent.

Ace dodged Indali's knives until one hit him in the chest. Blood filling up his mouth, Ace hobbled to a storage closet, where he locked the door and prayed for someone to come save him.

'Danno' clicked in Zander's mind, and he muttered under his breath something that would get a disapproving glare from Dani.

Dani gingerly stepped into the shop, carefully walking over glass and ripped books and stray pages.
(It's a book store, btw)

Kata was lost, all she knew is that she had somehow ended up outside. She had just bent down to sniff some flowers, when she felt an intense dislike in her chest.Do I hate flowers now? she asked herself, then she realized it was coming from Zander. She quickly tracked down to where she hoped he was.

Zander followed her into the bookstore," So, does TGR investigate all murders or just the magic ones."

"We try to investigate all crime scenes, it's pretty hard with the R.A.C. though."
(Omgeezes it's so early here rn! I honestly thought it was 11 PM right now. But nope, it's not even nine thirty yet……..wow. Yay I have lots of free time!)

"Sorry." He said reflecting quickly on his time in the RAC.

Kata turned around the corner and spied someone over dressed. She immediately felt the anger again and grew to full size, slowly stalking towards him.

Sky smiled. "Come join us! What do you want to do now?" She asked.

Will felt something behind him he turned and, upon seeing Kata, screamed. Like a little girl. Dani turned. "Whoa what was that?"

Ellis stood up, Peter coming over to ruffle his hair. "I dunno,"

"I don't know. "Zander replied". It sounded like a little girl. We should probably check it out."

Kata hissed at him, and lifted one of her tremendous paws to take a swipe at him, but stopped when Zander appeared.

Will screamed again. Dani gasped. "Kata? What are you DOING?"

"I don't know either." She said.

Nothin. Kata quickly replied, and sped over to Zander who pet her and scratched her chin in her full size… with a big grin on his face.

Ellis pulled on her hand, "You count now?"

Will's face turned into a scowl. London yelled something at Dani in Russian. Dani snapped. "Say that again. I dare you." She said in a low voice, very unlike her.

Black spots were filling Ace's vision as Indali pounded at the door, yelling. He closed his eyes, feeling his heartbeat start to fade away. I guess this is the end…

Zander's smile wavered as Dani's voice changed, and Kata whipped around to hiss at them.

London said what she had said again, very slowly and enunciating every syllable. Dani felt like punching her. Instead she settled for getting really close to London and whispering quietly, "If you EVER. Talk about my father like that again, you will wish you had never met me." Then she turned and walked away, holding back her tears.

Sky looked down. "Uh…. I guess." she said, turning around and closing her eyes. "ONE… TWO… THREE…" she started.

Ellis and Peter scampered away.

Sky counted to 35 before stopping. "READY OR NOT HERE I COMEEE!" she shouted,turning around. She went into the kitchen and opened up all of the cabinets.

Zander saw the tears in Dani's eyes and slugged William across the face."I don't like to hit girls, so if she says something like that again, you're the one who's going to suffer." Then he walked over to comfort Dani.

Dani took in a shaky breath. "I'm fine Zander." She didn't bother telling him that he shouldn't have hit Will. She had wanted to too.
