I think it actually is unhealthy to do one everyday cause it strips your body of it's natural oils. Or maybe thats just if you wash your hair every day.

It can be both, however it depends on many factors such as your skin type, your environment/daily activites, hair length, hair type, etc.

wow I think I just sprained my ankle
I was running and I tripped and it twisted and I heard it crack and it really hurts

the last time I sprained my ankle (which was actually my first time too) was when some guy kicked me really hard in the foot and I heard a snap and I couldn't walk on it for almost a week

Uugh I did the same thing once, except I didn’t go to the hospital or anything, so my ankle acts up a lot.

Also at lunch yesterday my kneecap on my right leg just kinda like, gave out, so I basically had to limp up the line. I was shaking so bad. It hurt like hell. But when I walked away to my table it went away?????
