"Don't touch her. . ." Quinn said in a deathly calm voice. "Or I swear, I will kill you."
"Don't touch her. . ." Quinn said in a deathly calm voice. "Or I swear, I will kill you."
Something inside of Scarlet snapped at the last comment and she gritted her teeth, fire burning in her eyes. "I am nothing like my mother, you hear me?", she hissed.
Cade chuckled. "Hear you loud and clear princess." He moved his knife closer, not really caring how close it was to the disappearing girl.
"And don't call me Princess." SHe turned to the girl who had appeared out of no where, keeping her guard up. "Who are you?!"
“We meet again Your royal Highness.” Chelsea mocked, taking a step away from the crossbow and moving to the side. She went to the table and brushed away all the cups and plates, smashing all of them. She sat on the table, a dull look in her eyes.
"Don't call me that! I have no wish to be [swearword] royalty. Who. Are. You?"
“I’m hurt, just the slightest.” Chelsea grinned madly, “My mother was your first kill.”
{They touched my teacups. . .} She thought as she gasped, even though there wasn't anything very significant about them. "Chelsea. . ." Quinn growled, remembering this specific troublemaker.
“That’s my name.” She grinned, doing a hair flip. She jumped up and stood up on the table.
(Wait what did Chelsea do to Quinn? ._.)
Cade didn't turn his focus from the princess, but he did listen in to Chelsea's conversation.
Scarlet froze in her tracks, the crossbow falling out of her hand. Her heart stopped for one terrifying moment, and she turned to look Chelsea in the eye. Alice pressed the long serrated knife into Scarlet's small nine-year-old hand, her own hand wrapped around her daughter's neck. "Kill the cat, pumpkin!", the Queen sang, a deranged light in her eyes.
( Probably just took something from her or messed around with Quinn. Plus she broke her teacups rn )
(xD)
"Scarlet. . . don't think about it." Quinn said, glancing back at her. She stepped in front of Scarlet to protect her from Cade's knife if he decided to throw it.
Cade took the opportunity and grabbed the crossbow, holding it behind his back with his free hand. Finally…an advantage.
Scarlet barely registered all of this as she took a step towards the girl. "The Cheshire Cat was your mother?"
Quinn turned to face Cade as he took the weapon. Without thinking twice, she jumped onto him and tackled him to the ground. Being faster, it was a lot easier to do.
Chelsea didn’t reply, she just looked at her.
"What the [f word]?!" Cade exclaimed as the girl tackled him. He rolled over once he hit the ground, standing up and leaving the girl on the ground. His knife was still in his hand, but the crossbow had landed a few feet away from him.
( Oh, plot twist. Alice forced Scarlet into killing the White Rabbit too, but she didn't tell Quinn yet )
Quinn pushed herself up and rushed to the cross bow, picking it up and pointing it at Cade.
“All of you drop your weapons, have some manners. We’re all against people getting killed. Well, most likely.”
He smirked at her, ignoring Chelsea. "Doubt you can even shoot that thing." Cade twirled his knife in his hands, not worried about this girl. Please, she couldn't hit the Queen's castle if it was right in front of her.
"Shut up, dumb {S word}" Quinn growled. "I could shoot your head right off your neck." It was true. For the ten years she had lived in the castle, Quinn had learned to use nearly every single weapon there was.
Cade rolled his eyes. "You're not the one I care about." He turned back to face the princess. "You're the Queen's daughter."
“I need to get something… call my name if your gonna die.” Chelsea said to Cade, she flashed Scarlet a mad smile and disappeared.
Quinn glanced at Scarlet, giving her a pointed look that said 'We need to get out of here now.'
Scarlet nodded, shaking herself out of her stupor. “But what do we do with him? Tie him up? Bring him with?”
(wait..isn't the Cheshire Cat a guy?)
