(Oof…
Somewhere in Michigan. Lol. That's about halfway, I think.)
Lilah snorted and swatted at him playfully. "You know what I meant, though."

Lilah snorted and swatted at him playfully. "You know what I meant, though."
(Lol. That’s a long walk)
Cameron shook his head, shaking with laughter. “I don’t!”
(For me, too. Lol. I'm all the way in MN…)
Lilah glared at him and stuck her tongue out before walking ahead of him. "Well, fine, then."
(I’m in MD lol)
Cameron whined as she walked away from him, bobbing after her. “Waiiiiiit!”
(I can't remember if you've told me that already… Probably… I'm, like, 99% sure I've mentioned I'm in MN, though. Lol.
Also, is NB acting up for you, too? Or is it just for me?)
"Catch up to me, babe. Use those long legs of yours," Lilah chuckled.
(NB isn’t acting up. Skip?)
(Ugh, it was on my laptop…
Sure. To when?
Also……. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IM SUPPOSED TO WRITE IN THE STUPID NOTE!)
(That’s okay.
Hmmmm maybe a couple months later? When they know the gender? And Lilah’s a bit bigger? Maybe her/their parents find out?
Wdym?)
(That sounds good. I kinda had a plan for Lilah's parents/mom.
Oh, the note that I was supposed to write for my stepdad. We had a really great talk…)
(Kk. So we can do that.
Oh? You did?)
(Okay, cool. Would you mind starting?
Lol. No, not really. I'm emotional and I hate it. I cried twice over nothing.)
(Nope, how would you want me to start? Cameron making breakfast?
That sounds like me during a discussion x3)
(Thanks! And, yeah, that sounds good.)
(Neat.)
Cameron had woken up early that morning from Lily licking his face for food. He spluttered, pulled away from Lilah carefully and stood, yawning at Lily, who danced around his feet. Cameron shushed her and walked out into the kitchen to feed the pair, then started breakfast.
Lilac was sleeping in front of the oven again, enjoying what little heat would come from it. She raised her head and “woofed” at Cameron when he walked into the room, her tail wagging and tongue hanging out of her mouth.
Lilah continued to sleep, rolling onto her side and wrapping the blankets around her more. This whole pregnancy thing was exhausting…
Cameron set Lilac’s food down in front of the stove for her, smiling. He gently rubbed the old girl’s head, humming a soft good morning to her. He pulled out some bacon and ingredients for pancakes and got started.
As soon as the bacon smell started to float through the apartment, Lilah stirred and opened her eyes, squinting at the clock. With a sigh, she rolled out of bed and made her way out to the kitchen, blinking her eyes sleepily.
“Morning, babe,” she greeted Cameron as she walked over to sit beside Lilac.
Cameron looked down at the pair, who were now sitting at his feet, since the stove was attatched to the oven.
“Good morning. How are you feeling?”
Lilah petted Lilac as she looked up at Cameron with a small smile. “Sleepy. I wasn’t sick this morning, so that was nice.”
Cameron set a hand on her head and patted it. “That’s good.” He kissed her head, bending down.
(We never decided on a boy or a girl…)
“What are you making?” Lilah asked, scratching behind Lilac’s ears.
(I thought we decided boy?)
Cameron straightened up again, poking at the bacon. “I’m making pancakes and bacon.”
(Did we? Huh… Well, my memory sucks, so… Did we decide on a name, too?)
“Mm, I could smell the bacon from our bedroom… I’m really glad bacon doesn’t make me sick,” Lilah mused, looking up at Cameron. “Unlike chicken… That’s sad. And strange… It doesn’t even have that strong of a smell.”
(Lmao yes, we decided on Tobias)
Cameron laughed and patted her head. “I know, it’s disappointing. I love chicken, too. Fortunately for us we can have bacon,” He repeated, still half-asleep.
(Oh yeah… Wow. My memory really sucks…)
“Mmhm… Bacon’s good,” Lilah hummed before yawning widely. “I might fall back asleep here…”
Cameron chuckled and tapped her head. “Go back to bed. You’ll get stiff.”
“Hm, but I wanna be with you,” Lilah murmured, her eyes falling shut.
Cameron poked her again and stood her up. “I wanna be with you, too, but you’ll get stiff.”
“Fine…” Lilah sighed, opening her eyes to look at him. “Call me when breakfast is done?”
Cameron kissed her gently and nodded, nuzzling her neck. “Yep. Go lay down, dearest.” He pulled her into their bedroom and tucked her in.
(When should their parents come in?)
