“Did you sleep well?” Carter murmured with a tired smile when he felt Arria shift, cracking one of his eyes open. Arria looked adorable with his hair mussed by sleep. I’m so lucky to have him…

Arria shrugged a shoulder, returning Carter’s smile with one of his own, “Eh, alright I guess. What about you?”

“I slept well knowing that you were safe,” Carter told him truthfully, reaching over and brushing a hand through Arria’s hair as he murmured, “I missed you a lot, you know.”

Arria leaned in and pressed a quick kiss to the top of Carter’s nose, “I wasn’t gone for that long… but I missed you a lot, too.”

“You were gone for forever,” Carter drawled, lazily wrapping his arms around Arria’s neck, “And I love you, so I can’t help it.” He let out a little chuckle, a smile still on his face.

Arria rolled his eyes playfully, smiling, “I love you more, though.” His smile grew, running a hand through Carter’s hair.

Carter smiled sweetly but added, "I love you most." He leaned in and kissed Arria on the lips sweetly.

Arria smiled into the kiss, bringing his hand down to rest on Carter’s cheek. He pulled himself a little closer to his body if that was possible.

Carter tangled his arms around Arria, kissing him deeper. This- he missed this. He missed holding Arria and kissing him.

Arris let out a small noise of pleasure at the new depth of the kiss, letting his tail snake around Carter’s legs slowly. He bit down gently on Carter’s lower lip.

Carter opened his mouth up into the kiss as silent invitation, hands trailing up and down Arria’s back. He loved this man, he loved being home with him. They were both safe, everything was okay…

Arria slipped his tongue into Carter’s mouth, loving the feeling of dominating the kiss for once. He let his hands roam over his fiancés body slowly, wanting to draw this out for as long as possible.

Carter moaned into the kiss, enjoying every second he had with his Arria. He loved the feeling of being with Arria, he wanted to spend his whole life with him like this. He rolled over so Arria was laying on top of him.

Arria smirked a little, pressing one last kiss to Carter’s mouth before starting to kiss down his jawline and his neck, light,y kissing and sucking, “Gosh I looooove you….” He drawled.

Carter couldn’t even focus on anything other than Arria’s lips on him. His breath hitched when Arria found his sweet spot, every cell in his body had complete attention on the moment.

Arria’s smirked widened and his gaze flicked his Carter’s eyes for a moment before he lightly bit down on that spot, clearly the humans weakness. He sucked and licked a little with a new found confidence.

Carter let out a loud, guttural noise, pleasure racing through him. This was ecstasy. This was perfection. He wanted more, he could hardly think straight. Carter could only focus on that dang perfect mouth on his neck.

Arria licked over the bruise he left and pulled back a little, admiring it, “Mine.” His voice was low, almost like a growl and laced with possessiveness.

“Yours,” Carter told him, exposing his neck a little more to his love, “I’m all yours.” He wanted those lips on him again, he needed them. Carter’s heart pounded for Arria, he needed this merman.

“You’re needy right now, aren’t you?” You could practically hear the smirk in Arria’s voice as he nipped on Carter’s ear lightly.

“Oh Arria~” Carter moaned, euphoria rushing through his body, “What do you think?” He got out sarcastically, legs wrapping around Arria’s tail. Carter loved this merman more than anything.

Arria let out a low chuckled, “I’m thinking many, many things right now,” He muttered into Carter’s ear, “And I don’t know what to focus on…” He kissed at the spot just bellow the human’s ear, “What do you want from me, kitten?”

“Mmrh~,” Carter let out a noise, every part of him holding onto the moment. He wanted Arria to keep kissing him, he wanted more, he wanted this. “I- I can’t get enough,” Carter managed to get out, voice rough as his hands traveled to caress over Arria’s smooth scales.

“Can’t you now?” Arria sucked on the human’s neck again, leaving yet another mark there by the first. He licked over it once he was done, “You bruise so easily, yet my marks do look very pretty on you.”

Carter let out another moan, having trouble remembering how to form words, “I want the whole world to know I’m yours~” Carter’s heart beat desperately for more, for Arria’s lips and that tongue- “I’m your canvas~”

“If that is what you want, kitten, then I’d be honoured to paint you.” Arria pressed a passion filled kiss to Carter’s lips, drawing it out before he got to work on his loves skin, greedily.

Carter made a sound of pleasure into the kiss on the lips, ecstasy coursing through him. When Arria went to work on his skin though- A loud moan escaped Carter. His grip tightened around Arria, trying to expose his neck as best as he could for his precious.

Arria smirked for the minutes? Hours? He didn’t know how long he marked Carter as his own. Each love bite was placed carefully in his loves skin, yet there was still that need of hunger there. When he was finished, Arria looked down to admire his work, “You look so beautiful.”

Carter moving his hands to tangle them in Arria’s hair, “Your so perfect,” He whispered, voice still a bit rough. Carter was in love with this merman so much. Every heartbeat in his chest- they beat for Arria and Arria alone. Carter was completely wrapped around Arria’s finger.

Arria smiled and rested his forehead against Carter’s, “So are you.” He whispered back, placing a few more light kisses to his loves forehead. He was so, so glad he was going to spend the rest of his life with this man.
