“Yeah. Now I just kind of want French Toast,” Lilah said with a small smile.
“Yeah. Now I just kind of want French Toast,” Lilah said with a small smile.
Cameron grinned a little in return. “That sounds nice.”
“Should we go home and eat? Or go out somewhere?” Lilah asked, stepping back and releasing Cameron’s face from her grip.
Cameron took her hands gently and shrugged. “We can go out, since were already walking around.”
“Okay. The little cafe around the corner from the apartment?” Lilah suggested with a smile.
Cameron smiled in return and nodded. “That sounds wonderful.”
Lilah grinned and pecked him in the lips quickly before she pulled away to walk by his side. “Let’s go, then. I’ve been starving for an hour.”
Cameron chuckled and rolled his eyes. “Mhm. I think we should’ve gotten something before we left.”
“Hey, I wasn’t the one who was super worried that I was dying,” Lilah chuckled, nudging him playfully.
Cameron blushed. “I can’t help it! I was worried.”
“Well thank you for being worried about me,” Lilah said, kissing his cheek.
Cameron smiled when she kissed his warm cheeks. “Thank you. Imean, you’re welcome.”
Lilah chuckled. “I love you, Cam.”
Cameron smiled a bit, his blush fading. “I love you too.”
(My food is so spicy… My lips are burning… 🥵)
“Gosh, I’m so excited. And happy. I can’t believe I’m pregnant,” Lilah mused with a wide grin.
(Oooof. I like spice 😊)
Cameron smiled, more like beamed, and nodded. “I know! It’s wonderful!”
(I mean, me too, but my lips were on fire. Lol. Granted, I can’t handle as much heat as my friend, but still…)
Lilah sighed and leaned into him, still grinning. “Thank you, babe.”

(Lol)
Cameron took her hands and started to walk. “What are you thanking me for?”
“For this. You made this possible,” Lilah said softly, giving him a quick smile.
Cameron squeezed her hands and pecked her, smiling back. “You made it even more possible!”
(I. Am. Stressed. Out.
And I'm pretty ticked off at my stepdad.)
Lilah giggled a bit. "I mean, only kinda. I'm just the one growing this tiny human inside me."
(Oh no! What happened?)
Cameron rolled his eyes. “I can’t imagine myself doing that. I know you’re strong enough to handle it.”
(Okay, so I had an attitude with my mom earlier – whoops… – and I apologized for it. And then she had to go and tell my stepdad about my attitude, which ticked him off. And then he told me that I had to "ask for help with my attitude." And because I didn't – I was leaving for work – he threatened to take my phone away. And so now I have to write some stupid note about what's going on with me and why I'm acting this way. Like, what? How the heck am I even supposed to know that?)
"Well, then, I'm sure you're glad you won't have to," Lilah said, grinning as she rolled her eyes playfully.
(Bruh. That’s really dumb. I’m sorry that you have to do that.)
Cameron giggled softly and kissed her forehead. “I am too. I’m glad they’re in safe hands.”
(And he said "no excuses"… Like… What? What if you take something as an excuse, but it's actually what happened?
Can I just, like, run away? I'm so sick of being here, honestly.)
"Ugh, I'm so happy. Like, I can't even express how happy I am!" Lilah bubbled.
(My parents pull that card on me all the time. It’s like, okay, but [my reason] is true because you yourself haven’t taught it to me?? So when I say (for example) I can’t study, maybe it’s true?
Can I just run away with you?)
Cameron giggled. “Why did you just say that, then?”
(Ugh……….. Parents….. Like, I'd totally miss my mom; I have no doubt about that. But my stepdad… Not so much. He can be really funny at times, but he's been driving me crazy lately.
Lol. We'll meet in the middle somewhere.
Also, is it just me, or are some men scary? Like… Ugh, Idek how to describe it…)
"Because I'm happier than that! Words don't do my happiness justice!" Lilah declared.
(Same here. Almost the exact same thing.
Lol, where you wanna meet??
And no, you don’t have to describe it, I totally understand. I’m pretty sure I have hardcore androphobia.)
Cameron giggled cutely again. “Ugh isn’t a word to describe something like that!”
