Se could hear him fumbling about while he hurried to get dressed in his room.

She chuckled softly, slipping off her coat.

"Oh–" Sabine snorted. "It's popcorn silly. You eat it. It's really good, trust me."

Macha looked at it, confused. "With a spoon?"

He reemerged shortly in a grey jacket, his hair tossed about on his head in messy spikes and tangles.

Fae stepped in front of the cake, hoping he hadn't noticed it yet. "You pull it off easily, though."

He ran a hand through his hair, "Mi tío is going to try and barbecue today."

Sabine laughed. "Like it?"

"Sounds great!", Fae smiled, spreadingf her arms a bit to hide the cake better.

"No," he snickered, "It is the recipe for disaster." He stepped towards her for a kiss.

Fae smiled, eyes falling shut as she went up on tip toes.

It was a brief, but reassuring contact.

It was a brief, but reassuring contact.

The dread of tomorrow hung heavy in her mind, ruining the kiss for Fae, but she ignored it, pressing her lips to Cruz's so that at least he would enjoy it.

A tear escaped Sabine's eyes and she dove deeper in the covers.

Macha ctually began to cry as well. "I'm beginning to think that watching This Knee (Disney) was a bad idea."

"No. It gets better." Sabine said. "Just wait till they introduce Pumba and Timon." She giggled.

"Poo-bad and Simone? Who?"

Sabine giggled madly, trying and failing to compose herself. "You'll see."

Macha tilted her head, but kept watching.

"Hm. I should go wake him up." He mumbled in thought.

Fae pulled away, smiling. "Go ahead." Thank god, he didn't notice the cake.
