Jessica smiled sadly at August.

Don't look at me like that! Aren't you happy with that other guy? August whirled back around.

Jessica closed her eyes as the music blared in her ears.

August talked with some fans after the concert. He tried to steer clear of Jess, as hard as it was for him.

Jessica was talking with her guy friend when a girl came up and kissed the guys cheek

August saw a girl kiss the guy Jess was with. How would she react? Are they not dating?

Jessica hugged the girl.

Oh… I'm such a fool! I shouldn't jump to conclusions. August waved over Jess and her friends.

Jessica smiled and pulled her friends over to August.

"Hi, are your friends of Jess?"

The girl smiled ¨Yup¨ she said.

August held out his hand to shake. "I'm August, but I think you already know that."

The girl grabbed his hand and shooke it ¨Jessica won´t shut up about you¨ she said.

August grinned and looked at Jess. "Oh really?", he teased.

Jessica lightly punched the girl.

August took Jess by the hand and led her backstage.

¨August what are you doing¨ shhe asked.

He shrugged his shoulders. "Taking you backstage to introduce you to the people behind the scenes. They're all great friends of mine."

Jessica shrugged ¨Okay¨ she said

"This is my manager Wren.", August said pointing to a man standing off to the side, typing on his phone. He looked up and put his phone away as they walked up to him. "Hello, what would your name be, miss?"

Jessica smiled. ¨Jessica Moon¨ she said.

"What a pretty name.", Wren said and August nodded knowingly. "Are you two… friends or…?"

Jessica looked at August.

August looked at Jess.

Jessica pushed August forward ¨He can tell you all about it.¨

"What?!", August yelped. Wren laughed. "I take it that you are a thing then?"

Jessica laughed. ¨I suppose¨ she said.

August blushed a little and didn't meet anyone's eyes. "Yeah…"
"We can get you tickets to all of the concerts for free!", Wren told Jess.

¨I appreciate that but I can´t make it to all the concerts¨ she said.
