(…I…Okay…)
Lilah glanced up at him with a grin. “Sounds good, babe! Just… Don’t expect a kiss until the taste goes away.”
(…I…Okay…)
Lilah glanced up at him with a grin. “Sounds good, babe! Just… Don’t expect a kiss until the taste goes away.”
(I’m having a seizure with laughter from reading that over again xD)
Cameron nodded. “I will taste very fishy from the fish dish. But the fish dish smack will fend off any fishy kisses.”
(Oh…
My…
Word…
What?
sighs
Geez, Emi…)
Lilah blinked at him blankly. “What.”
(Jjesus okay so I looked up synonyms for taste in hope that I would find a nice, confusing word and I did help)
Cameron laughed softly. “My rhyming skills are beyond comprehension.”
(Lol. That was probably one of the most confusing things I have ever read.)
“That was… Wow. Okay,” Lilah said, shaking her head.
A waiter came over a few seconds later to take their orders. Lilah ordered the pasta and a glass of sparkling water, giving him a polite smile as she always did.
(Lol. I’m glad I can take that crown.)
Cameron ordered the delightful looking fish dish with a glass of champagne. He gave the menu to the waiter and sat back into the seat again.
(When you almost had your character order wine — because she’s a princess at a fancy restaurant, so why not — but you realized that she’s underage. Lol.)
“So… What should we do after this?” Lilah wondered, smiling over at Cameron.
(Lol)
Cameron glanced up at her from being zoned out. “Oh, I dunno. We could… hm…”
“I mean, we could probably play a game. Or watch a movie. Or just sleep…” Lilah said with a shrug.
Cameron tilted his head. “Sleep sounds nice. I like sleep.”
(Also we need this RP to spice up.)
(Lol. I was thinking, after they get back from their honeymoon, that Lilah’s parents would have somehow found out where they live? And visit them?)
“Sure. Then sleep it shall be,” Lilah agreed with a grin.
(Should we skip to the end of the honeymoon?)
(Yee that’s what I was thinking. Let us skip!)
Lilah collapsed onto the bed, landing on her face. “I’m so glad we’re home,” she said, her voice coming out muffled since she was speaking into the blankets.
Cameron was giggling under the weight of Lilac on thr floor of the bedroom. “I know, it’s so wonderful!”
Lilah looked up and giggled. “The dog is squishing you…”
Cameron bear-hugged Lilac and stood up with her, Lilac’s paws touching the floor.
“No she’s not!”
“Well, she was! Where’s Lily?” Lilah wondered, looking around the room for the other dog.
Cameron looked down and around. “Dunno. By the stove, probably? Lily!”
“Lily? Puppers?” Lilah called, rolling onto her back.
Cameron set the older dog down and meandered around.
“Our dog was st—”He was cut off with a knock at the door. Cameron gave Lilah a confused look.
“Were we expecting anyone?”
Lilah stood and gave the door a confused look. “No. Not that I was aware of…”
She walked over as there was another knock and peered through the peep hole. Her eyes widened, and she glanced over at Cameron.
“It’s my parents,” she breathed.
Cameron’s eyes widened too and he grabbed her in a hug. “Let’s just say we died. In a… marching accident,” Cameron bluffed nervously.
“Babe… That makes no sense,” Lilah giggled nervously. “Should— should we open it?”
Cameron bit his lip, glancing at the door. “I-I guess.”
“I really don’t want to,” Lilah whispered, burying her face in his chest.
Cameron hugged her close, shutting his eyes. “Do you want me to?”
“No… I don’t want to deal with them,” Lilah mumbled.
Another knock.
“W-we have to,” Cameron whispered.
Lilah groaned and pulled away. “I suppose I’ll open it… You’ll be with me, right?”
Cameron gripped her hand. “I-I’ll be right here for you.”
