(Everyone’s gettin up on roofs— so groovy)

Miles did what whoever told him to, and he ended up on the roof of the building. I’m unsure if I like this view or not… The height gave him slight anxiety, but he kept his cool nonetheless.

Basil just relaxed on the roof with his hands behind his head and face towards the sun.

Nykidia saw people in the roof and waited near the top. "People usually never come here." She thought as she stared at them.

I’m starting to wonder why I’m up here… Miles glanced around, noticing various other people on other rooftops. This is just confusing me…

Basil looked around and noticed people. Hmm this is interesting he thought as and decided to stand up.

Killian broke the silence “who are you guys?” He asked

"What are you doing up here?" Raven asked. "This is my roof and I will fight you for it." Raven knew the roof wasn't technically hers but she would fight people for it.

"someone…." Basil replied as he walked to the edge and determined wether or not the officers were actually paying attention.

“I just came up here ‘cause someone told me to,” Miles grumbled, having a hard time warming his hands. “I truthfully have no idea what I’m doing up here…”

Raven was not happy with these answers. She didn't like so many people being up here. Wait! What if someone found out she was a shiftier and they were up here to get her. "What are you doing up here?" She asked fingering the Swiss army knife in her hoodie pocket.

"stuff" Basil said exhaustedly. He watched the streets and saw that the officers were passing and knew that another group wouldn't be around for a half hour.

Raven started to get angry at this guy. He only gave one word answers.

He turned and smiled at her a bit. Then stepped away from the edge.

“I’ll leave if you don’t want me up here,” Miles got closer and closer to the edge. “I’ll leave without a problem…” That knife doesn’t look too promising…

“Your roof? This is my apartment!” Killian said

"And do you live on the roof?" Raven asked. "No. You don't."

“Actually the roof is connected to my ceiling therefore yes.” He said sitting on the edge, fixing his hoodie.

"Grrrrrrr." Raven huffed.

"calm yourselves.if I need to I will go." Basil said to them walked to the edge near an alley.

Miles didn’t like where the conversation was going. “You’re lucky you even have a place to live…”

He sighed “this complex has been abandoned because of…” he trailed off knowing that if they found out he has been hiding out here, he’d get in trouble

"you seem like nice people but I should get going. Not good to stay in one place for too long." Basil said calculating how far of a drop it was to the ground of the alley.

"I can agree with that." Raven said now thinking about that. She had been here too long. She'd need to move on soon

“Where is there to go anymore?” Miles’ stomach growled at the sudden thought of food and hospitality. “I’ve tried to get out of this place for days but the guards never seem to move…”

Basil turned to the people and let his body fall backwards and fell down into the alley. When he hit the ground he landed on his feet.

Raven ran to the edge. No human could survive that. But he landed perfectly. He shouldn't of been able to survive that. Unless. Raven took a deep breath, turned into a raven and flew down next to him, hoping her hunch wasn't wrong.

Miles decided disappating was for the best, and he hopped along to another rooftop three or four buildings away. Who knows what they’re up to…? I really need to find some food soon, though…

He saw a Raven fly over to him and just walked past it thinking nothing of it. He put his hood back on to hide his face as he walked.

Killian shifted into a fox and jumped into the window of his apartment. He grabbed his backpack and shoved everything in there. He picked it up and looked at the silver arrow charm in his leather bracelet. He sighed and jumped out the window
