Suri shifted from her current form to a young, blond woman. Her clothes changed too, from an ink black suit to a baby blue dress. She scanned the crowd, wondering where she should go next. Suddenly, the lights went out, and the building went into lockdown. Suri assumed that was her cue. She focused, and made it begin to snow. Frost crawled up the walls, the room quickly covered itself in ice. Wreaking havoc was always the primary focus, she found, and the panic this would cause would almost certainly earn her praise.

"She must have shifted." He said with a sigh turning back towards Jystonn and leaning against the counter. Suddenly the lights went out and he saw frost begin to crawl up the wall. "Shit."

Acacia shifted to someone with a higher tolerance for the cold. She looked around for who was causing this. Her eyes changed so they had a higher night vision trait.

Melodie saw what was happening, and sent an almost invisible spark of lightning to see if there was people in the way. Using a pulse of vibration beneath her feet, she propelled herself into the centre of the room. When she landed, she sent a mild shockwave out which made the frost crack and break off the walls.

Jaden stood up from his seat as Melodie cracked all the frost off the walls. "We should find the others." He said turning back to Jystonn.

Melodie changed into a spark and went up to the light system, changing back into her normal form to see how to fix it. A few years ago, Melodie had mastered travelling through the air in the form of an electric spark.

“Frickty frackity. This can’t be good.” Jystonn sighed, taking a sad sip from his juice box.

Jaden read information on the buildin. Sturdy but their is more weak points where there are less supports in the middle of the room, high security on this lockdown meaning no way in and no way out, this room is very secure since they assumed most guests would be in here but that means they made a control panel and they put it…over there…on the other side of the room in this giant crowd. he sighed and said lowly to Jystonn "There's a control panel I'll see if I can do anything with it." Jaden then slowly made his way through the crowd.

Melodie put in her earpiece and put through a small call to Jaden. "Jaden, I'm up where the lights are. Can you tell me how to get them fixed and quickly? Balancing on a round pole in wedges is not easy."

“Good luck.” Jystonn mumbled, leaning onto the counter and sipping his juice box for what seemed like the hundredth time within one hour.

Acacia felt the temperature warm slightly. She move through the crowd in a childlike form, and whispered into her headpiece, "Any idea on who caused this? If I can find them…"

"No idea," Melodie replied. "But whoever it was will be easier to see if the lights are on."

Acacia sighed as she scanned the crowd. Her eyes landed on a person she didn't recognize, "I thought as much. Can anyone confirm that a blond lady in a baby blue dress was here earlier? If not I might have found the culprit."

"Send electricity through the blue and red wires that should turn them back on." He answered quietly through his earpiece.

Melodie grabbed the red and blue wires and charged them. After a few moments, the lights turned back on. To avoid confusion, she quickly sparked backstage.

Acacia returned quickly back to her old brunette form. She tried not to seem ruffled at all as she approached the stranger.

Suri ran off. There was a ventilation shaft, which she quickly climbed up to and then sealed off behind her with more ice. She slowly made rather deadly looking ice spikes protrude from all angles, closing in on the people inside, and then crawled back through, returning to her given form. At least she could move about more easily in this.

Acacia cursed, looks like her hunch had been right. She couldn’t do anything about it now. With a disappointed sigh Acacia turned her full attention the stage.

Before Jaden could get to the panel ice spikes grew out of the walls and he backed away as they grew longer.

Ice spikes started to grow around Melodie, trapping her in one spot. This person is persistent, She thought.

Acacia watched as the spikes slowly encroached on everyone. She started to head to one of the emergency exits, frozen shut. And ice spikes. This kept getting better and better.
