The French general that came over to help General George Washington get the Continental Army together was gay and he was kicked out of the Prussian military for his homo sexuality, so he came over to help Washington and whipped his army into shape, and because of him and his tactics, we ended up winning the Revolutionary War. Boom. There's your cool fact for the day.
