Astrid smiled. She had always enjoyed teasing Natalie.

"S-So… what now?"

"Let's tell stories," Astrid said.

"Wh-What type of stories?"

"Stories about ourselves," Astrid said.
"Like why Astrid's nickname is Baby Baby," Connor teased.

"Yeah, w-why is that?" Damien asked.

"When I was younger, I knew all the words to amy (the most wonderful woman in the world) Grant's Baby Baby and would play it on repeat," Astrid replied, hiding her face.

Damien chuckled, "Really? I-I wouldn't have… have guessed that."

"And a good thing that is."

"I mean, it's better then a lot of other nicknames out there."

Astrid smiled. "Yeah, I guess it is."

"A-Anyone else have a story?"

There was silence.

Damien sighed, "You guys always this awkward?"

"When we don't know what to say, yeah," Connor said. "How about we do favourite movies? And the favourite scenes?"

"Sure, w-well my favourite movie is Lord of the… of the Rings…" Damien shrugged.

"I love Born Ready!" Astrid yelled. "But I can't choose a favourite scene. There's three that I love."

"I-I don't think I've ever seen that… that film."

"It's a newer one. I'm obsessed with superhero movies. Plus, my mum plays Noah's mum."

Damien nodded, "Ah, okay then. I-I'll have to watch it then."

"You should. It's a really good movie."

“Is that true, o-or are you biased?” He teased.

"No, it actually is amazing. It has a great emotional and physical backstory, it has amazing quotes and it has strong bonds between the characters."

Damien nodded, “Alright then.”

"You still haven't answered the question," Connor said.
"I can't choose between three scenes!"

“Y-You have too.”

"Okay, fine.
1 - I love the funeral scene. Jazmin's parents have just died in a car crash at the start of the movie and a week later there is a funeral for them. Jazmin and her three brothers are standing in front of their graves. It's raining so everyone has black umbrellas. But as the camera pans out, Noah can be seen at the back of the small funeral party standing in the pouring rain without an umbrella.
2 - Jazmin's brothers Calvin, Nicholas and Joshua have just found out that she has powers. They sit down for a talk and Jazmin says my new favourite quote: "When you can do the things that I can, but you don't and then the bad things happen, they happen because of you. And I don't want to nothing because if something happens, its my fault because I could have done something."
3 - This scene happens at the end of the movie. Now, call me soppy, but it's a kiss. Noah and Jazmin have just discovered that the person they had a crush on was the person they had been fighting crime with and forming a bond with. In the pouring rain, they kiss."

Damien nodded, “Th-They all seem like… like sappy scenes to me. B-But the first scene sounds the best.”

"I have a thong for sappy films. And superhero movies."

"C-Clearly. I-I don't like romance films, to cheesy."
