Will was ushered to her room as soon as he got there. He sat beside her silently, watching her with tears in his eyes.

Nicky turned her head to look at him" hey" she said.

"Hi…" He replied, leaning in to kiss her cheek.

"Will whatever happens I want you to know i love you so much" she said.

"Baby, you'll be alright, the Doctor's say the bullet missed vital organs by a centimeter or so. You're a lucky girl and I love you too much to lose you."

"Ha! There ya go!" William laughed as he held Austin's little hands as he stood on his tiny feet, bouncing happily.
