(It's really sad that the only funny thing in this whole roleplay is the comments.)
(You mean Macha,right, @Mish?
What about Ace's princess moment?
Ace felt the wind run through his hair as Zodiac followed Dani's enormous purple wings. He thought about Macha and her beautiful big tawny gold eyes and how much he wished he could have her sitting next to him. Ace immediately banished the thought from his head. We're acquaintances, nothing more, he thought. But still, he couldn't help but think that maybe…..No. Ace looked towards Macha and her wispy white hair flowing in the wind, she looked caught up in her own world. He smiled and then scolded himself. When this is over, Macha's going to forget all about you, Ace, he decided in his head. And then spent the rest of the ride desperately trying to push Macha out of his head.
(Well,I did say that he would come CLOSE to death, didn't I?)
(@NERD, Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. I can't handle these feels right now!!!! Betrayed voice HOW COULD YOU?????!!!!!!????
(My hamster and I disapprove.)
I'm confused, what do you disapprove of?
(@Natasha YES! I'm sorry abt that. >~<)
Also, start writing! (ANGRY MOTHER VOICE) NOW! WE NEED TO MOVE THE STORY ALONG, SO START ALREADY!
Skylar gasped as she was grabbed and they started flying. Again. "Ugh!" She sighed. why must we always do this? "Hey uh, ya know that I can teleport, right? So… If you wanna
Put me down and tell me where
We're goIng, I can meet you all there. Just saying." She called. The girl from the hospital, Ana, was next to her, seeming to enjoy the ride but also to fear it. "You all right? Im Skylar. These are my friends." She said,
Gesturing to the group, but glancing over to Peter. "You're Ana, right?"
Finally! Thank you @Irish_Dancer1102
(Okay, I need to get up early tomorrow, so I'm going to have to get off soon…so if the story progresses further than I can stick Joshua in then that's okay, I'll just put him in later if I can.)
Dani looked down at Skylar."No offense to you, but you can't exactly teleport to where we are going. It has been hidden for decades, and besides, teleporting exsausts you. Admit it."
(@NERD, my hamster and I disapprove of you killing off Ace. YOU HAVE UPSET THE HAMSTER!!!!!!!!)
Skylar rolled her eyes. "Ok. So what if it makes me somewhat exhausted? I need a nap anyway… And I'm hungry. Do you have some food?" She asked, suddenly aware of the hunger gnawing at her stomach. The rush of the wind on her face kept her awake, but she knew as soon as she found land again, she would be fast asleep.
(OH NO NATASHA!!! NOT THE HAMPSTER!!!)
She was still trying not to freak out over the fact that they were dangling above the air. Her life line only one grip to someone’s hand. All she could do was look at the ground terror written over her face. Ana looked up to Skylar. “Um…y-yeah. I’m Ana…” she said, her voice a high squeak. It was obvious she was terribly distressed. “It’s uh…nice to…nice to meet you.” She continued to stutter and stammer over her words.
"Not here. But we will get there soon, and you can eat and sleep. Talking can wait. For you, anyway." Dani looked at her softly. You always protect others Her bother had said. I'm sorry. Then that scream. That horrible, awful scream. Dani shook it off.
"Its ok. Just don't look down. Close your eyes. Its really fun!!" Skylar giggled, closing her eyes and spreading her arms out like a bird. "Doesn't it just make you feel like one of them? It would be cool to be able to fly, wouldn't it?" Skylar said, suddenly having a great time.
(Yes, @Irish. The hamster. P.S. I'm pretty sure my hamster is actually evil. looks suspiciously at hamster
(*Pouts. Birds have all the fun.)
(GASP! I knew something wasn't right about that hamster… ((magically looks through phone and suspiciously eyes hamster.)) lol)
(Due to all the love for Ace, before I post Blake's next POV I'd like to have a disclaimer that sometimes he has a mind of his own and I don't condone his actions in any way.)
If anyone had asked Blake how his day was before the 3:07 in the afternoon, he would've told them it was terrible. It all started in the morning. He had been woken up and prodded at by a doctor until he snapped at her to back off. After some fighting with a few nurses and a dose of a sedative, he was shipped from one place to the next in a dazed state. He was doing okay at that time, or… he couldn't think clearly enough to realise how bad the situation actually was. He was only informed of how stupid he acted after everything wore off (he may or may not have professed being in love with several random pretty girls on the street; and had to be dragged away by his accompanied nurse after one admitted she thought he was cute), but Blake couldn't think about that right now. Commander Ryker was waiting in the next room to give him his target. At the moment, Blake was pacing the floor, the waiting room chairs only accommodated those without wings. The right kind of people. Blake shook his head to clear his thoughts. “The commander wants to see me. He wants me to complete an important mission.” He repeated it over and over in his head. All the hard work, the extra effort, he put in was about to pay off.
“Thorfin.” Commander Ryker glared from the doorway of his office. Blake immediately saluted in response. The commander gave him a swift nod and walked back into his office, beckoning for Blake to follow. Commander Ryker sank into a velvet chair behind his desk. Blake stood on the other side of it, unable to sit down or his wings would cramp. “Your target goes by the name Ace.” Commander Ryker said flatly, sliding over a file to Blake. He tentatively opened it. There was a picture, a bit blurry, but clear enough to see the boy’s unnerving violet eyes. Blake mentally took note of the other basic identifiers: brown hair, tan skin, a scar on his chin. Ace was nineteen years old according to the file. Blake frowned a bit at the age and possible experience gap between him and his target. His stomach sank as he continued to flip through the file. Ace was bonded to a massive dragon. The one that had almost killed Blake, himself, less than a week ago. Keeping his face blank, he looked back up at his commander.
“Anything I should know that isn't in here?” He went rigid as Commander Ryker shot him a disapproving glare. Blake felt his face heat up with shame, half expecting another slap.
“Read the file, Thorfin. This is your chance. You do this I'll make sure you're moved to Unit 1.” The commander dismissed him with a nonchalant wave. Blake quickly left the room, the file clenched so tightly that his knuckles were turning white. This was it. If he can kill one magic user a little older than him than he can finally make a difference. The other soldiers won't be able to spit and sneer at him anymore. He won't be in danger of losing his wings anymore! Blake let a smile work its way onto his face. “I'm gonna be a hero…” He mumbled the words to himself as he stepped onto the sidewalk. The bright RAC Badger practically glowed on his chest. Blake almost wanted to know where his parents were, just to see the horror on their faces. That the little magicaless boy that dumped on the City Hall doorstep was going to be a hero. They'd be sorry then! Blake jumped into the air and took off, soaring up into the sky with a case file and a redemption mission.
(Oh no. What if I'M evil!!!! Help!!!!!!!)
(GASP! call Blake! Bring her to the R.A.C!)
(lol I mean you, Natasha, btw.)
(Blake busts into the room in full ghostbuster attire "Who you gonna call?")
