Cameron glanced back over his shoulder at Lilah, then back at the girl with a shake of his head.
“Nope! Thanks!”
Cameron glanced back over his shoulder at Lilah, then back at the girl with a shake of his head.
“Nope! Thanks!”
“Then have a great rest of your day, sir,” the girl said before turning and walking away.
“Cam, come back with the food now!” Lilah called, sitting up and making grabby hands at him.
Cameron returned the polite dismissal and shut the door, turning to Lilah and grinning.
“I’m right here, my goodness.” He trotted over.
“Yes, but food! I’m hungry!” Lilah groaned, falling back dramatically.
Cameron plopped down in the bed and smiled. “Here. They gave us plates.” He handed her a plate.
“Oh, great! Thanks, Cam,” Lilah said with a smile as she sat back up. “Should we watch something while we eat?”
Cameron looked around the room. “There’s not a television!l
“Well, fine, then,” Lilah said with a light laugh. “We’ll just eat.”
Cameron chuckled and took a slice of pizza. “That sounds great.”
Lilah grabbed a couple of slices of pizza and set them on her plate. “Did you know we technically eat pizza backwards? Because we eat it from the inside out.”
Cameron glanced at her, his eyes blinking blankly.
“I don’t ever wanna hear I’m eating something wrong.” He set the pizza down. “Cuz then I’ll feel guilty.”
“I didn’t mean you were eating it wrong,” Lilah chuckled. “It’s just some random fact I read somewhere.”
Cameron gave her a look. “You just said we were eating it wrong.”
“No, I said we were eating it backwards, not wrong…” Lilah said, looking down at her pizza with a shrug. “Never mind…”
Cameron gave a soft noise and scooted closer to her. “I’m kidding. Cheer up.” He kissed her.
Lilah smiled a bit and kissed him back softly, pulling away after a moment. “You taste like pizza,” she giggled.
Cameron laughed softly. “You do too.”
(So my guinea pig’s getting worse.:
(Aw, no! What’s wrong with him/her?)
“Why don’t we finish our food, and then we can continue,” Lilah suggested with a small smile.
(He. Did I tell you I was afraid of one of them passing?)
Cameron nodded and picked up his pizza again. “Wonderful idea.”
(Not that I remember, no. I’m sorry about that; it’s always sad when that happens.)
Lilah smiled at him for a moment longer before going back to eating her pizza as well. For train food, it was actually pretty good.
(It’s okay. I just bumped up the thread I made if you wanna go read it. I was expecting it (since he’s albino) but I’m just heartbroken all over again. I can’t even look at him or have him out with the other two, I can’t handle it.)
Cameron finished off his first slice and went to the second, humming happily. It was delightfully quiet and calm.
(Aw, I’m sorry…
On a lighter note, I just got back from doing archery with my friend. Wanna see my target?)
Lilah quickly finished off her first two pieces and started on a third. She leaned into Cameron contentedly.
(That’s okay. Thanks.
Sure! I’d like to see it.)
Cameron was still chewing on his third slice. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders, smiling.
(Okay. I’ll have to figure out how to get it up here. Lol.)
Lilah smiled as she continued eating. It was nice to just have a quite meal with her husband.
(Let me know if this works…

(Nice!)
Cameron finished up and grabbed a fourth slice. “This is nice.”
(Thanks! My fingers hurt now, though. Lol.)
“It is. It’s so quiet without the dogs,” Lilah said with a slight laugh as she finished her own slice. She looked at the box, debating whether or not to eat another slice.
(Lol. H,uohohmmmh. LlmMm)
Cameron laughed too, biting into his slice. “It is. I kinda miss those two.”
(Lol.)
“I miss them, too,” Lilah agreed softly, grabbing another slice of pizza and taking a bite out of it distractedly.
(Sorry that was my pigs. I just didn’t feel like erasing it xD)
Cameron leaned into her and picked off one of the pepperonis. “Mmm… yeah. We’ll be home soon.”
