"If they try I can trap them again, I think I have enough magic." He says, still glaring.

"True. But we need answers otherwise we have no idea what is going on so it would be a waste to kill you now." She said. "Nykidia shut up!" Night yelled. She turned to Scarlet. "We won't hurt you. I literally stop you from falling to your death. If theirs any reason to trust us there's that."

"You only stopped me from falling because you wanted answers.", she shot back, glaring fiercely. "That boy literally stabbed me, and all of you hate both me and my friend without an actual reason. We're wasting time, me and Virgil are leaving."

"True." Night said. "Have fun getting caught!" Nykidia yelled. "If not by the wolves than the queens gaurds or maybe even from Alice herself." Nykidia said grining a wicked grin. "I hope your death is slow and painful!" "Nykidia!" Night yelled as her tackled her to the ground.

"To be fair, the only reason I stabbed you is because of your friend's awful illusion. I probably wouldn't kill you now." Cade wasn't sure if that last part was true, but he needed to gain her trust. With the princess and King of Clubs trusting him, he could easily turn them in and gain a fortune.

Scarlet promptly ignored the two girls. "A second ago you said that I deserved to be stabbed.", she growled at the boy.

"Lies." he hissed angrily, he would not endanger his friend. "Don't trust him Scarlet, let's just go find a place to go."

Phoebe sighed again and got up, brushing off her tunic. “Well, I’ll be on my way as soon as you all agree to not kill each other and I’d quite like to be on my way, so…”

Cade shrugged it off. "That's before I knew it was an illusion. If it makes a difference, I sincerely apologize for stabbing you." He almost laughed at himself for saying the last sentence.

"Bye!" Nykidia giggled from the ground.

Scarlet shook her head. "I agree, Virgil. Bye.", she called over her shoulder, walking away and towing Virgil behind her.

Shoot. If you want the money Cade, you need to convince her. Try to like…be nice or something. He grumbled to himself. "Wait! You can't leave."

no offense but idk how else they’ll get together

(I'm trying to think of one but Nykida and night keep being aggressive which prompts my character to leave)

Scarlet turned around. "And why not?"

(Does this work as a reason?)
"Because…we need your help." It took all of his might not to smack himself for saying that. "We need your help…to kill the queen. Yeah, that's it. We need you to help kill Alice." Cade was proud of himself for coming up with a lie like that on the spot.

(If we have another repeat of Willow, I call Scarlet for going insane)

Scarlet raised her eyebrows unsure whether or not to believe him. "And why exactly do you need us to do that?"

(I'll prepare the tissues then)
Cade scoffed as if the answer was obvious. "Because you know Alice the best out of all of us. You can also get us into the palace." Not to mention, she's excellent bait. He kept that last part in his head.

Scarlet looked towards Virgil, silently asking his opinion. Half of her just wanted to run away from Alice as fast as humanly possible, but the other half wanted the world to be rid of her.

Virgil gave a tired look. "I don't care, I just don't want to go back into that blood bath." He said, shuddering.

Scarlet sighed. "Fine. But, if you lay a single finger on either of us we're out. This is a truce."

"Sounds good." Cade spit in his hand then held it out for the princess to shake. "Shake on it."

Teresa looked at him weirdly “ok that’s gross. Even though I don’t like the queen, I’ll try to be civil towards you.” She said to the princess

Nykidia looked at Cade. He seemed up to something. He hated Scarlet as much as she did yet he was trying to keep her around. "He's got a plan but I don't think it's what he says." Nykidia thought. Night looked at Nykidia and how she got quiet. She was intrigued. "She's stay quiet for now but just because she's interested. I hope she doesn't get bored of this too soon. I need to look at Scarlet closer." Night thought relieved.

Scarlet stared at the hand. “I’m not touching that.”

Cade rolled his eyes, wiping his hand on his pants. "Fine. I should've known that the princess would be too sophisticated for even something as simple as a truce hand shake."

Scarlet rolled her eyes as well. “So, do we have your permission to stay in your house?” She added only a tiny bit of sarcasm into her voice.

He shrugged casually, turning to face Nykidia. "Dunno. It's not my house."

"I'm sure you'd be allowed to stay. I know the King as well as my own dad. He would let anyone short of Alice stay there. Right, Teresa?" Nykidia asked Teresa for conformation.
