The one thing I hate about not getting cramps is your period is always a total surprise. Like you’ll be having a normal day, feeling fine then you’ll go to the bathroom and realize you’re bleeding. No pain warnings.

I don’t get that. I always know when it’s going to happen. Cramps then cramps the more cramps then boom their is your period then more cramps.

I have an estimate of when it’s going to start but your body never likes to follow the schedule. I do t get cramps to be like “hey, you’re about to bleed”. It just sorta happens. It’s nice to not get cramps, but I’m always self conscious that I’m on it and don’t know it because I can’t feel it…

my procrastinating is so bad that I even procrastinate on my cramps. I know that it's not my period yet and the cramps are telling me to go get the pain relievers and pads but I wait until I actually know.

I actually don't get cramps all the time? I really only get cramps during really heavy periods but I can usually kill em by laying down and taking tylenol lol

I dont normally get cramps but i always have a very moody couple of days right before so thats how i know, also i have a general schedule.

I always get cramps so my default resting bitch face turns into my eyes screaming murder and a face to match

Mine is always every 4 weeks approximately….

Mine is usually every other month. I’ve never had it consecutive months… is that normal?

Mine is in the middle of the month every month about 4 weeks apart 4 weeks is 28 days and a month is about 30 days …

And yeah its norm to have it every month as far as I know… but I have a freind who rarely gets it cause shes a bit underweight so that is a factor

Mine started yesterday and I didn’t realize it until it was over halfway through the day. At least mine starts of light so I didn’t leak through my pants.

I am always hungry when I'm on my period.. any suggestions to not eat a lot when on my period?
