Macha's hands flew to her mouth. The girl. The one who'd touched her. "Oh my god– oh my god–"
Tyler fell silent, everything making sense now. The reason he could hear Macha inside his head. Her magic, the visions, were affecting him in ways he could have never imagined. His memories of his sister were slowly transferring into the only person alive to remember her, Macha. His mother had refused to kill Macha, and now she was dead. His father had told Tyler to kill Macha so Tyler killed him. So much was going on inside his head and he couldn't control it. The demon, his lost memories, and love for the girl who killed his sister.
(aAaAaAaAaAaAaAaAaAaAaH)
"Oh my god– I'm so sorry– I couldn't control it– Tyler–" Macha could feel herself slipping away. "Tyler–"
"I don't understand.." Tyler said quietly, not looking at her. "I'm still in love with you…"
Blood.
Death.
Screams.
Tyler.
The burst of light.
Blood. So much blood.
Macha's vision began to blur. "You were going to kill me– I didn't know it was her– oh my god I'm so sorry–"
"I'm still in love with you…" He repeated quietly.
Macha shook her head over and over again, barely able to see by now. This coulsnèt be happening. Oh my god. She was being crushed by guilt, crushed by visions, crushed by the memory of Tylerès gun pressed to the back of her head. "Jason– why did you kill him?"
"I-I…don't..know."
Macha almost collapsed, what was left of her vision turning to a milky soup of swirling whites and greys. "What happens if I die?", she choked out.
(also imma bring the thing possessing her in soon, it's one of the reasons she has stone skin and visions)
(Kmart what's wrong???)
(I’m fine just overwhelmed)
“What do you mean what happens?” He asked, glancing at her.
(Are you sure?)
Macha reached up a shaking hand to brush a lock of hair out of her eyes. “I mean— the voice— it’s telling you to kill me— what happens if I die?”
(Yeah im fine :)
“It stops. I guess…” He looked at her sadly.
(Glad to hear it)
Macha was shaking all over, slipping slowly away from her sanity. “Okay— Okay, Okay— Okay—“ She swallowed, voice quaking. Her eyes flicked to the gun still in her hand, the one she’d grabbed from Tyler. “Do you have to do it— kill me, I mean— Or is it just if I die?”
“No, no. You’re not going to die. I’m not going to kill you..”
Macha shook her head, stumbling backwards. “No. No you won’t.” With trembling hands, she raised the gun to her head. “I hope— I hope you have a great life.”, she choked out, tears streaming down her face.
Tyler lunges forward, reaching for the gun. “Macha no! Stop!”
(Hmmm… should she pull the trigger?)
(Nnooo)
(Hmmmmmmmmmm)
(Btw the bullet would only be able to go through her stone skin if she shot through one of the cracks)
Macha squeezed her eyes shut and pulled the trigger, but the next thing she knew, Tyler was crashing into her and the bullet misfired and buried itself in the fence on the opposite side of the garden. Crying full out, she raised the gun again. “Tyler let me do this for you— please— let me do one thing for you—“
“Nononono. Please Macha no.” He pleaded desperately, wrenching the gun out of her hands and shooting the remaining bullets into the ground.
Macha staggered backwards, vision blurring again. “Tyler— please— I’m hurting you—“
“No..no you aren’t..” He said, taking her hands.
Macha shook her head, trying to locate his voice. “I can’t— I can’t see you—“
Tyler pulled her close to him and hugged her tight. “I’m right here Macha.”
Macha was breaking, falling, slipping, crashing burning, crying. She was gripping Tyler tightly, blurting pit incoherent streams of words, trying to hold him as he was holding her, trying to comfort him as he was comforting her. “I’m so sorry I’m so sorry— this is my fault—“
“This is both our faults. But I still love you Macha. I will always love you.”
