Afriel shook her head with a laugh, "apparently so." She smiled over at him and poked his cheek.
Afriel shook her head with a laugh, "apparently so." She smiled over at him and poked his cheek.
Zackary huffed again. “You’re mine. Mine only. No one else’s.”
"Of course I am, and I wouldn't want it any other way." Afriel poked his cheek on last time before boredly looking out over the party. "Think anything interesting will happen?"
Zackary put his hands on her hips slowly and rubbed them gently. “Probably not. We’ll be here for forever.”
"Its not that bad. Plus I'm sure we can eat anything left over." Afriel sighed, "we didn't get breakfast."
Zackary grunted and ran his hands along her tummy. “That’s good, then. Hopefully it ends soon.”
Afriel batted his hands away, "there's a very angry Eden glaring at you." Afriel laughed and waved at Eden. "I don't think she's ever gonna forgive you."
Zackary glanced over and glared back angrily. “She can toughen up and realize that I didn’t want to leave you, and missed you as much as you did me.”
"Aww." Afriel softened her face. "Well I'm sure she'll forgive you eventually. Hopefully. Maybe."
Zackary huffed. “I don’t care if she doesn’t or not. I have you, now, and that’s all that matters.”
Afriel gave a small smile, and decided to risk Edens wrath, by giving Zackary a peck on the cheek. "I love you."
Zackary curled his head close to hers and kissed her gently on the lips. “I love you too, baby.”
Eden had been watching the two carefully and decided that she'd let them off the hook and leave. After all, its not like she'd need their help untill it was time to clean up and leave. "Y'all can go home." She told the two as she waved a hand, as if shooing them away.
"Really?" Afriel sounded overly excited, as she voiced on her heels and turned to Zackary. "Shall we then?"
Zackary grabbed her hands with a fierece emotion of satisfaction. He’d bested Eden. For now. He smiled when she turned to him and nodded.
“We shall.”
"Thanks Eden." Afriel smiled at the woman and made a quick exit before Eden could change her mind. "Where shall we go? Home? Some where else?" Afriel looked around excitedly, after all it was a new part of town. She'd never seen it before.
Zackary turned his back on Eden and grinned happily at Afriel. “I don’t care. We can go wherever.”
Afriel looked around, but sadly not one thing caught her eye, everything did. "This part of town is deffently fancy." Afriel laughed.
Zackary grabbed her hand and looked around. A few jewlery shops and fancy nicknak stores caught his eye. He tugged her over to one of the quaint little nicknak stores, opening the door once he got there.
Afriel made a little 'ooo' sound as she looked around. She let her fingers intertwine with Zackarys, not wanting to separate for him at the moment.
Zackary pulled her over to a little shelf of jewlery. They sparkled in the bright display lights.
“Do you want one, babe?”
Afriel looked at the jewels in awe, but shook her head. "No." She mumbled still not looking away. Once she was able to pull her eyes away though she smiled up at him. "I don't want anything that could distract me from you."
Zackary looked down at her with a smile. “Let’s get you one anyway.” He looked down at the necklaces and pointed to one. It was a simple silver-chained necklace with a cool white and green stone as a pendant.
Afriel laughed, "fine. But I'm totally getting you something then." She looked around, "what do you like?"
Zackary called over the person and purchased the necklace for her. It was a rather cheap one, but it was still pretty. Zackary took it with a ‘thank you’ and turned to Afriel, putting it on slowly.
“What I like?” He asked as he pulled away. “Eh. Get me whatever you think I like.”
Afriel fingered the necklace carefully before giving Zackary a kiss on the cheek and looking around again. "But I don't know what you like."
Zackary grinned. “I’ll like anything you get me.”
Afriel puffed out her cheeks, "but what if you don't like it?" She asked looking up at him.
Zackary pecked her nose, hugging her close. “I’ll like anything you pick out for me, babe.”
Afriel cocked her head to the before looking around. She spotted another display case and skipped over to it. "Do you like knifes?" She asked looking back to him.
“Knives?” He repeated, being dragged with her. “Well, yeah, but why do I need a knife?”
