"Why are you smirking?" Phoenix asked Kaliyah.
"Why are you smirking?" Phoenix asked Kaliyah.
“Can you see the cabin?” She asked
"would I be blind if I say no?"
“No, although most people think they are when we tell them this. To be very honest, only the rangers guild knows about this place.” She told them
“It’s hidden right? Right?” Phoenix asked looking for conformation.
“Well I mean you can’t see it.” She said to her. Kaliyah then walked up to the clearing and pressed her hand against something. She walked around a few second then disappeared
“What?” Phoenix became throughly confused.
She peaked her head “come here!” Once they came to her, she showed them the door with looked like it was going into the forest. “Long time ago when witches were still around, the head ranger bewitched this caving so that it looked like a nature space to anyone except those with the rangers heart. It may look small but the inside is pretty roomie. Here is the rangers heart.” She showed them a special jar with a small berry. “This fruit is know as the Rangers Heart because no matter what the conditions, the plant always bears fruit.” She said
"Cool" Will said and looked around the place. Forest had been left outside to sunbathe.
Phoenix nodded, "That is actually really smart. But I shouldn't expect anything else."
Vespera followed very quietly. Sure, this was cool and all, but she was feeling very afraid still of what might have happened back home and barely wanted to talk.
Will didn't want to talk about it right now. He decided to go outside for a moment and walked over to the door.
“There are bedrooms on the second floor, bathrooms on each floor, a good sized kitchen, living room, and library.” She told them. “I have one room of my own in her and a room that Arrow uses when he comes with me but there are about 4-5 rooms still vacant.”
Will pulled out his sword, blood was dried all over the blade. He used the borrowed cape and tried to clean off the blood.
“Do you guys know what wrong with will?” She asked ariund
"Well, if it weren't obvious, he seems really sad… no, I don't think sad even begins to cover it. More like distressed," Vespera said, crossing her arms.
“I think something happened and he’s lying about it.”
"Lying by omission, maybe. I don't think he's flat-out told us something incorrect. There's just something he's not willing to talk about. I know when I asked him if innocents were killed, he gave me 'mostly no' for an answer. Someone died who didn't deserve it, and he saw something, didn't he?" Vespera sighed.
“I guess that’s the fact.” She said
He sat down on the ground against a tree and kept trying to clean off his sword.
(Someone go hug the poor child)
(I could take the library guy role, if that'd be okay.)
(It’s already taken but if you want to join, you can make your own role!!)
(It said that it wasn't taken on the first page? I kind of need that role for my character…Or I could have him be like an assistant to the librarian guy or something. I'll get a form going)
(I forgot to edit it. All roles are taken)
Phoenix glanced in Will's direction, "I don't think it was just someone innocent. I think it was someone close to him."
He realized the sword would need something else to be cleaned and decided to put it back in the sheath.
Phoenix limp walked over to Will. She handed him a clean cloth, "Here use this for your sword."
"it's fine. It won't work anyways. I'll clean it later." He said looking at the ground.
(Question, do they have their powers yet?)
