(I am still here I just dunno what to do or who to talk to.)
(you could have your character talk to fiona if you want.)
Cosmo walked over to someone that seemed a bit down. "Hey," He said to them while walking to their side.
Lee glanced up at the guy, and he said a mere “hello” back to him, resisting the urge to say “howdy” again. Ugh I have to get out of that habit…. people’ll think I’m a freak… “Don’t mind me, I’m just…. sitting here…. doing nothing.” Don’t you fucking dare be that awkward again….
"Well, I'd probably do the same if I had that look on your face. Things aren't going that well today?" He asked him, taking the empty seat beside him.
“Of course not,” Lee uttered, sitting back. If he tried to explain why, they’d be there for days, maybe weeks. “I’m trying to have a good time… but… having been always short on money….I can’t really do that.” Don’t screw this up like you did last time… you managed to scare Fiona away, and the last thing I need now is to be alone again….
"Well, what is it about this loud club that you don't like except for the constant vibrating against your ears? The employees are nice and the song choices are great. The drinks are to die for and it's quite comfortable here." He told him, looking around the club for no reason.
“It is nice and all, but I just can’t seem to relate to anyone here,” He uttered, fingering at the money in his pocket. “Truthfully….. I’m unsure what to think about anything anymore….” More random stuff coming outta my mouth…. what the hell? I bet it won’t be long before I’m out on the street again….
"That's really understandable but sometimes you just need to take your mind off of things and forget about the world around you and focus on the present." He sighed after the sentence, reminding him of why he even came here in the first place. "Sometimes it's… tough and I can't say that it'll get better but all you need to do now is calm down and get a grasp of things before you can move forward." At this point, he felt like the words were more for him than the random stranger but he didn't care.
“I’d get a grasp on a life if I knew what I was doing with it,” He growled, wrenching his hands together. “And… well, as far as moving forward, I don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon…. I dug myself in a hole so deep, I doubt I’ll get out.” Ugh, my god… What am I doing with life?
"With time, you'll figure it out so don't worry about it. You're here to have fun so have a few drinks, not enough to make you drunk, but enough to relieve some of the stress." He suggested, feeling like he needed it.
Fiona glanced back at Lee and saw that he was talking to someone new, she smiled and walked over to the bathroom, not wanting to leave anymore, but not knowing who to talk to.
"With time, you'll figure it out so don't worry about it. You're here to have fun so have a few drinks, not enough to make you drunk, but enough to relieve some of the stress." He suggested, feeling like he needed it.
“I would have more to drink if I hade the money,” Lee sighed. If I told him….. no, I can’t…. no…. “But I don’t necessarily….” I have no idea what I’m saying right now. “Whatever….” Just forget everything! You’re here to have a good time!!! “…Thanks for the insight, though.” Fuuuuuck, what the hell just happened? What did I just say?…. But it doesn’t matter….
"I'll pay for you. What do you want since you seem like you need it." He told him while motioning the bartender. (I don't know if they're at the bar or just sitting)
(Oh they’re at the bar, ya)
Lee chewed on his lip a little. “Whiskey on the rocks,” He said, fumbling around with the leftover money in his pocket. I would pay for myself if there weren’t more important things to save for— A stong and unusual sting jabbed his gut, and he barely flinched and tried his best to ignore it. Now what’s going on….?
Cosmo thought for a second before ordering gin and tonic. The bartender made it quite fast considering the fact that the ingredients were right in front of him. "So what do you do?" He asked him, trying to start a conversation and break the tense silence.
“Nothing,” Lee admitted hurtfully. “I used to work on a potato farm with my— dad, but we lost everything, and now I can’t get myself back up…. because no one wants a farmer anymore.” He resisted the strong urge to tear up again. Grow up…. the past is the past…. focus on the present…..
"Wow, that's… that's a lot. I couldn't come to terms if that happened to me and I can't begin to imagine how you're feeling right now." He took a sip of his drink before continuing. "If you don't mind, how did you lose it?"
He was unsure whether to share or not, but he decided there was no use in hiding it anymore. “It was years of drought. Stuff dried up, we lost money, he got sick and died, and I had to go off on my own.” Lee was surprised by the way it came out— solid and straightforward. ….? “…And…. I’ve never gained a buck through work since then.”
(I've been gone for too long…)
(Same, I forgot my characters name)
(AAAAAAAAAH where’s Shuri?)

"Have you thought about moving or finding another farming job somewhere? Get some more money so you can start back up again. It would probably take a while to rebuild what you had but it could happen." Cosmo looked at him, to check if he was close to breaking down or not.

(XD I've done that before…)
Hiii…
”Have you thought about moving or finding anohter farming job somewhere? Get more money so you can start back up again. It would probably take a while to rebuild what you had but it could happen.” Cosmo looked at him to check if he was close to breaking down or not.
Lee fought the urge to tear up. He couldn’t tell anyone he lived anywhere he walked. “That’s not a bad idea…. but…. there’s no where to go…. and… things have changed, and I’m unsure if….” He had nearly unlimited uncertainties, and he truthfully wanted to stop talking about his future— no matter what they said he could do, he knew it wouldn’t be possible without somewhere to live.
"Well, all I can say is that eventually you will figure things out." He said before downing the rest of his drink. "Let's talk about better things, I don't like the mood right now. Any hobbies?" He asked, turning his full attention to the guy.
“Hobbies….?” Lee took time to think about what he just said. “Nothing too hardcore… I enjoy travelling… occasionally.” He hadn’t been too far from the city since he went on his own, but just seeing everything there was to see awed him in an unexplainable way. “Otherwise…. that’s kind of all that I enjoy to do… I can’t really do anything else…” This guy isn’t so bad…
"Well, I like anything that calms me. Growing up as the youngest of four is really nerve-wracking. Meditation is not so bad, it's really yoga that's hard for me since I'm not that flexible." Cosmo thought for another second for other things he liked to do. "Other than that, I'm kind of like you since I can't do much in comparison to my siblings."
“I never grew up with siblings— since I was the only child— but my neighbor….” He paused heavily. “He was more of a brother than someone I just happened to get alone with.” I miss him…. “His own brother, though….” Thank goodness my father wasn’t like that.
Cosmo noticed as he didn't finish the thought but he didn't want to push for more information. "My name's Cosmo." He said, realizing he never introduced himself to the other man.
