Along with pairings such as Dad and Papa, or Mom and Mama. However, I also know some kids with same-sex parents who still call both of their parents the same name of "Mom" or "Dad". This, though, has led to some interesting situations. For example, one kid was calling for one of his moms by using "Mom!", and the wrong mom answered him so he awkwardly had a little mini panic of "No wait not you the other one."

In case you wanted a scene like that, of course. Adds a bit of humor and angst for the reader, though I also understand wanting to use the different variation of names lmao. Up to you.

Comrade is gender neutral. It also makes it seem like you're living in Anastasia time period Russia, however….

I would gladly respond to comrade it sounds freaking awesome lol.

@RedTheLoveless

I have a friend who I have given the nickname "Chicken Nugget" for a year now and I sometimes call them tallass (cuz I'm rather short at 5'2" and they're standing a good head above me at 5'9")
