Isabella finally escaped her horrible mother a week ago but, because her mother has a powerful position in the government the police has been on her trail. She's been staying in alleys at night and in the day she wore a black cape to cover her face. It was starting to get cold and she had no where to stay. She heard of the rebellion run by someone called Nightshade but she was to scared to ask strangers about them.

Alyssa sipped her cup of tea contently, watching the news from her couch. Rebels were stupid. Why would they rebel? It just makes their life harder.

Isabella traced the lines on the walls of the buildings when she heard foot steps. She gasps and jumps from her sitting position to suddenly be knocked down by a strong force. "Ow" she says "Hey sorry." she looks up in the dark to see a figure standing above her. Her eyes went wide and quickly went back on her feet. "W-who are you" she stuttered realizing she hadn't talked to any one for a long time.

Isabella looked at the stranger… Zeke he held a fake smile that she could spot a mile away. Her mother would show her the same fake smile everyday. "What are you doing here? You know there is a curfew at 9 right?"

Isabelle didnt know what to say. She stayed silent and just looked at the stranger as the light of the moon finally lit his features. He was young. Maybe a year or two older than her. She took her chances. "Do you know about the rebellion?"
