(There are dorm buildings on the sides of the school, boys to the left and girls to the right. There are two to a room.)

Magdalena grinned. "I'm always ready for classes to start back up again. Let's hope I don't start a fire again. I think I scarred the Magical Science teacher for life."
Barry laughed, tilting his face up to the warm sun. “That was priceless! I’ll help you do it again this year, just to see the look on his face again, dear lord.”
(Anyone want to be Barry’s dorm room buddy?)
"I think he's the only teacher that doesn't like me." Magdalena snickered. "Did you hear that there's a new teacher this year. Misses…Walpher I think was her name. She's teaching Dark Arts for fourth year students."
(I’ll be Barry’s dorm partnerrr!)
Oliver quickly grew bored of watching people and went up to his room, using his translucent wings to carry his things and travel faster. He definitely wasn’t nervous, not about class, or his dorm mate, or about everyone hating him. Of course not! Why on earth would he be? It’s not like he’s in this school later than everyone else, and everyone already has their friend groups. That’s soo not the case! He drops his stuff down in his dorm and lays on the bed, exhausted.
Fade walks through the gates, looking at the same school he had gone to for three years. Three years of my life, wasted he thinks as he sees a couple of people already showing up and making friends. But not him, no, he was never able to make friends with anyone since people saw him as "intimidating" and he didn't know why. Was it his bun? Or was it for obvious reasons like picking fights with people when they pissed him off? It was probably the latter. No matter, he had cut ties with his toxic friends and was ready for a fresh start.
Barry shook his head. “I had no idea. Think she’ll be any good?” He glanced around at the steady stream of new students, feeling as if a weight was being lifted off his chest.
Sym walked through the gates cheerfully, ready to start helping the first years with singing and such. He was ecstatic that the heads of the school would think his magic to be advanced enough to help the younger kids.
Aether skirted around the incoming students, careful not to bump into any other students. She was curious about this school and the people that went to it. Sheltered her whole life, Aether did not know much about privacy, since everything was open in her pack back home. She spotted a figure in the crowd (one might describe him as intimidating), and walked right up to him. "Hey there stranger. Want to be friends?" she said, blunt as ever.
Oliver started to unpack his bags, every once in a while looking over his shoulder at his dorm door, eagerly awaiting the chance to meet his first real roommate. The thought excited him and scared him at the same time.
Fade turned around to see who had been the one to talk to him, he looked at the girl and was taken aback by her bluntness. Already? Looks like things are looking up for me this year He nods and tries his friendliest smile "Yea, sure why not?"
Aether grinned widely, showing off her canines. "Yes! The name's Aether, by the way."
Peony left the headmaster's office with a smile on her face. She looked about with wide eyes and waved her father goodbye as he left. "Goodbye Ontáro! Ni mel tye!" She called after him. Smiling, she shook her arms out and strolled. She saw so many different people, males and females alike. "Suilads!!" She greeted those she passed, earning strange looks from few. She knew she'd have to learn their language, but it didn't mean she was going to be rude.
(Wait, don’t people have to be the same age to share a dorm room? Barry is eighteen)
(Oof, you’re right, shoot)
(Let’s Wait for @Puff to get on to see what she says)
(Alright, for now I’ll just force my child to be social like he longs to be)
Sym is pretty social…//
Oliver decides to go back down to the courtyard, excitedly looking around for someone to talk to, with a slight skip in his step.
Sym sat on a fountain edge, observing the surrounding students. He wondered how many first years there were this year, he knew there were a bunch of second years but that was about it.
Beau floated down from the clouds and landed in front of the school, examining its gates for a few moments before walking in. A slight air of anxiety surrounded him, and he generally wasn't entirely sure what to do, but he tried to seem at least partially confident as he went in.
Oliver bounces over and sits right next to Sym. “Hullo!”
Sym was lost in thought and startled when Oliver walked up to him. "Hi! Oliver right?"
Fade nods to her in approval "My name's Fade, what grade are you in?…" He asks cautiously.
He nods energetically, “I am! You’re…Sym, I believe?”
Sym laughed. "I am! You've changed since last year." He says, making room for Oliver on the fountain edge.
He giggles and brushes his mess of hair out of his eyes, before pushing up his glasses, “I’ll take that as a complement!”
Sym gives a thumbs up. "It is! What magic class are you doing this year?" He asks, pretty much jumping with excitement at coming here again.
Peony looked at the large building and all the beauty it possessed. She could hardly take it all in and it excited her so much. As her eyes wander, she misjudged her steps and stumbled into a much larger person. He was male, had a nice bun, and was talking to someone else. She steadied herself and gave a bow of her head. "My apologies!" She sputtered, a blush spreading her cheeks of mass embarrassment.
