She smiled and nodded. "So what do you think of the next line in the prophecy?"

"Well, I don't know." Mihala said. She kept on thinking about Elizabeth.

“Magic and water to overcome all.” Elizabeth recited, “That line is about Teri, isn’t it?”

"Yup, fabulous, irrational me."

"Magic and water to overcome all? It's probably a kid of Hecate and a kid of Poseidon." Ryker said. "They'll probably overcome something that we can't. I'm not sure."

“Absurd.” Elizabeth concluded, giving a quick glance to someone.

"Um…. No. Nope, nope nopity nope. Maybe it means two people?"

"Well it's a pretty vague prophecy so of course we're not sure of anything." She said

"Annoyingly vague," Ryker muttered. There was one part of the prophecy that was really bugging him.

“Are prophecies always this vague?” Asked Elizabeth.

She sighed. "So where are we going and when? I need to know what sort of clothes to pack."

"North, obviously. And we should probably leave soon. Most of this stuff is due on a solstice, and that's in about a week." Ryker answered.

"Is all you care about clothes? I swear, Aphrodite kids..,.." Teri thought.

Elizabeth chuckled. “Well we know we’re heading north… and that’s all. Any… visions? Don’t they usually appear and help? I dunno, I heard this from old campers.”

"Um, I had one. When we first heard the prophecy." Mihala said.

"Only sometimes." Ryker replied. For a person who had never been on a quest, he knew a lot. He'd been watching his siblings go for years.

She nodded and stood up. "You can inform the others that are going and I'm going to go pack. O shoild hopefully be done before dawn."

“Oh. Well I’m a person who believes everything they hear.” Elizabeth shrugged.

"um, I saw a Pit, a Locked Gate, and a statue of Aphrodite."

"In my vision." Mihala clarified.

Elizabeth stayed silent because she had no absolute idea of what to do. Does she even know what to pack?

“Okay, just pack lightly. There’s probably a lot of traveling to be done. I’m looking at you, Casanova,” Ryker said.

"Also, what kind of car do you want to be going in? A Porsche, Lamborghini, convertible…?"

Elizabeth facepalmed lightly.

“I was thinking a van. There is nine of us, after all.” Ryker chuckled.

"Or, maybe a flying ship?" Teri said slyly.

“Wait.. don’t a lot of demigods attract a lot of monsters?” Elizabeth asked.

She made a horrified face. "Oh hell no. You can go in a van and I'll be driving behind you in my Porsche."
