Meanwhile I just sat through a 3 hour lecture on how humans are wired to be sexual…..my friend and I just mocked the thing the whole time so it didn't suck that much, and my mom was pissed because she thought the mission would be on like 'finding who you are and making a difference' and instead it was about sex and how sexual America has become, and she took my younger sister lol.

I had to sit through a similar thing in my Psychology class. we were talking about Freud. If you dont know anything about him, just know he thinks that human development revolves around libido and sexual attraction and energy. I had to sit through that class feeling so confused. my teacher goes, yeah, I know it sounds kinda crazy but does it make sense? im sitting here like "NO! it makes no sense at all!" and all my classmates are sitting there like "Yeah, he's crazy but yeah."
I felt so Ace in that moment……

:D The glow is still here. She makes a bunch of puns all the time because we're in a forensic science class and she keeps saying things like "Wow, you're an ace detective" and "How about you ace-cess the situation" and I feel like my soul is full of glitter

Yeah, I get that, but lots of people in the community get it. Trust me, most people are wonderful, friends especially so. Even if they don't get it at first, they'll understand once you explain it, especially if they're good friends.
