Eve brought food back to the music shop as fast as she could, not wanting it to get cold before she and Kai could eat it. She made it back to the shop around 50 minutes later and smiled at Kai, walking over to him and setting the food down.
“Ugh I love you so much thanks.” He kissed her quickly and sat on the floor, gesturing her down with him.
Eve giggled and sat down on the floor with Kai. "I love you too." She leaned over and kissed Kai and turned back to the food and pulling everything out of the brown paper bag that it was placed in.
Kai ate slowly and talked a little about school and such, his feet resting against Eve’s.
Eve nodded and smiled while listening to Kai. She liked hearing his voice and was content just listening to him talk about anything.
“I just don’t understand how you’re in a band but you also work and do school work. Seems stressful..”
"Well, since I'm a music major, it's not too difficult to finish school work while I'm at band practice." She shrugged, "Plus, our band gigs are only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights so I work and do school work on the weekdays."
"Well i'm glad you still have time to see me." He smiled.
"Of course. I'll always make time for you." Eve smiled back at him.
"Awwww that's so sweet." He leaned over and kissed her.
"Well, I have been told that I tend to be very sweet." Eve joked with a small laugh and kissed him back.
"Mm you are. You're the sweetest." He mumbled.
Eve shushed him with a giggle and kissed him harder, kinda forgetting about the food sitting in front of them that was now getting cold.
Kai pulled back enough to take her fork and put it into her mouth, grinning happily.
Eve ate what Kai had fed her and grabbed his fork. She put the food in his mouth with a giggle.
“We’re so cute.” He laughed as he ate.
"We are the cutest." Eve giggled with him and took another bite of her food.
"Mmhm!" Kai said happily. "We win."
"Yes, I believe we definitely do." She agreed, grinning at Kai.
Kai laughed and continued eating, his legs resting against Eves.
Eve ate her food as well and watched Kai with a grin on her face. She loved just spending time him, they didn't even need to talk.

"Who else is in your band?" He asked curiously.

"Well, Isobel is our lead singer and guitarist, Kate is our other guitarist, and Zoe is our bass guitarist. And you already know I play the drums so…that's everyone." Eve explained.

"Cool, cool." Kai said, glad there weren't any guys in her band.
"You sound relieved." Eve giggled and took another bite of food.
"Mmmaybe."
"Why though? Did you think there were guys in my band or something?" Eve asked and then gasped, realizing why he might have sounded relieved, "Were you jealous?"
"Not jealous….just worried.."
"Worried about what? I love you, not anyone else. I promise." She tried to reassure him and placed her hand on top of his.
“Mm..I can still worry..”
