Cameron wrapped his arms around her and rested his chin on her head. “It’s nice. Really nice.”
Cameron wrapped his arms around her and rested his chin on her head. “It’s nice. Really nice.”
Lilah hummed in response, closing her eyes as she wrapped her own arms around him.
"We should probably unpack…"
Cameron closed his eyes comfortably. “We have the rest of our lives to do that.”
"True," Lilah murmured her agreement, relaxing into his arms.
Cameron sighed gently in contentment and smiled a little. “I love you.” He knew they already said this, but he wanted to say it again.
"I love you, too," Lilah mumbled into his chest.
Cameron opened his eyes a little and let her go, smiling. “Let’s unpack, get something to eat, then we can hug some more.”
(I'm so lost… Precalc is confusing…)
Lilah pouted a little, colder now that Cameron had let go. "All right…"
(Precalc is going to be hell for me)
Cameron kissed her gently. “Come on. Help me out.” He grabbed their clothes bags and took them into one of the bedrooms.
"Okay, okay. I'm coming," Lilah said, smiling as she rolled her eyes and grabbed a couple of bags herself. She followed after Cameron and set the bags down by the door.
Cameron looked around the room. It had a queen-sized bed with a couple dressers and a closet.
“Perfect. We can have a dresser each!”
"Great! Now we won't have to fight for space," Lilah joked, reaching over to grab her bag.
Cameron laughed gently and claimed the dresser on the left side of the room. “This packing and unpacking thing isn’t very hard…” He mused this to himself as he unpacked his clothes.
"You're not a girl who has a million items of clothing," Lilah said as she carefully pulled things out and organized them.
Cameron glanced over after his many shovings of clothes. “Oh, yeah. Right.” He grinned, then hastily went to organize the bunched up clothes.
After filling her dresser, Lilah moved on to hanging things up in the closet. When she was finished, she stepped back to examine her work. Everything was color organized as well as arranged by what it was. She smiled at the finished result.
Cameron was sitting, playing a game on his phone. He had finished sorting and folding ages ago.
"Okay, we're unpacked, now… Maybe we should go grocery shopping after we eat," Lilah suggested, turning to look at Cameron.
Cameron looked up from his phone, pausing his game. “Great idea!” He called from the ground.
"Are you ready to go?" Lilah asked, making her way over to him.
Cameron stood up, pocketing his phone swiftly. “Ready!”
"Then let's go! What should we do for lunch?" Lilah wondered, holding out her hand for him to take.
Cameron accepted her hand. “I have no idea. Maybe we could try out a resturant?”
"Okay. What kind of food, though?" Lilah asked as she intertwined their fingers.
(My other frien says hi.)
Cameron leaned close to her and started to walk. “I dunno. Whatever we can find?”
(Helloooo, Emi's other friend! Lol.)
"Mexican, maybe?" Lilah suggested with a shrug.
(Also, I was actually thinking for him to say Mexican.)
Cameron looked at her, grinning. “You saw a Mexican place?”
(Lol.)
"I think so. We passed it when we drove into town," Lilah said, smiling up at him.
Cameron kissed her gently. “Sure. Let’s go there, then!”
"Great!" Lilah said as she made her way out to the hall.
