(okay is anybody going to respond?)
(you can do whatever you want lmao. I'm gonna toss in a response though)
Asura checked the time, glaring up at the clock. It was five minutes past midnight. She was supposed to be here by now. He shifted, impatient and irritated.
Rain walked in and looked around.
"Hey.." She said quietly.
(Aspen is already there just doing work at a large booth with a half eaten muffin)
(Wouldn't the cafe be closed tho? Since it's midnight?)
(skljfgkljs idk)
(Idk lemme just…)
Aleena walked over and saw 2 people. “I’m here.” She sighed
(Aspen???)
(Asgdfdjd ive been using her way to often. It’s still Aleena)
Axtin entered the cafe moments after. Bastian was still currently busy with something or other, so he said he would be a bit before he came as well. Noticing both Asura and Rain inside.
"So, when's this mysterious woman supposed to show?"
(shit I still have to respond)
(??)
"AYEM HERE!!!" Matt announced as he staggered through the doors of the cafe after watching Axtin enter the doors with no problem. His clothes looked soaked and he reeked of chlorine and alcohol. "Aye may hav fallen en a pool-io ohn mah whay over her'e," Matt slurred out, his speech barely understandable at this level of drunkenness. He made it only a few feet inside before tripping over his own feet and face-planting hard on the floor, his body too uncoordinated to brace himself for the landing.
“Are you ok?” Aleena asked
Axtin's eyes widened, seeming quite concerned with Matt's extreme slurs and barely being able to stand. Turning to Aleena, he responded for drunk man on the floor seeing as he would likely make little sense. "I mean probably? He's probably so drunk he didn't feel any pain," Axtin suggested with a shrug. He bent down to try and help him up, even though the soaked clothing bothered him.
Aleena stared then shook her head and looked around the group “so…?”
“I see it’s gonna be a fun night…” Rain sighed when she saw Matt completely drunk. And dripping.
Lila rapped her knuckles against Ryver's door. She checked her phone. It was a quarter after midnight. As long as they got to the cafe on time they would make it to the meeting.
Ryver opened her door and smiled. "Hello." she shut her door behind her and locked it. "Shall we go?"
"Yes, we shall." Lila walked out and to her car, opening the door for Ryver.
"thank you." Ryver said as she got into the car.
"So," Lila said, as she started her car, "I think I've got everything we'll need. Remember, we're only going to stay in the shadows. We don't want to endanger them by getting too close and getting caught." She pulled out of her parking spot and down the street.
"I will go in a little while after you, to seperate us. can not raise suspicion" Ryver told lila as she looked out of the window.
"That's smart." Lila drummed her fingers against the steering wheel in thought. "Or . . . what if one of us went out and set up one of my listening devices, we hook that up to the car speaker and just leave everyone in the car. I'm not totally sure if I trust all of them to stay quiet otherwise. And we can not take any chances."
(what's Lila planning? did I miss something?)
"that is a smarter idea, and it could work…" Ryver thought about how they would get it inside.
"It'll work, don't worry," Lila said. "Well, a healthy dose of worry never hurt anyone, but don't worry too much."
(what's Lila planning? did I miss something?)
(I'll pm you)
"I won't. they have seen you before right?" Ryver asked curiously.
"These college kids or the . . . others?" Lila asked, staring straight ahead.
"The college kids." Ryver answered
