"Cool." she hummed, resting her head in the crook of his neck once again

She watched as the images of the t.v show flickered across the screen. She brushed a peice of hair off her shoulder, letting a sigh escape her lips

(Sorry, school starts up again and I won’t be on much)
“What was the sigh for?” James asked quietly.

"Oh, sorry. Nothing" she replied just as quietly as he asked

(Your school hasn't started up yet? LuckyyyY)

(Aha, yeah it’s the last term so I hope it goes quick)
“Are you sure? You can talk to me you know.” James said, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.

"I was just thinking of how weird it was that we found eachother so abruptly, in a school hall way" she laughed at the last part, looking up at him

James chuckled, “Ah, and the fact that we’ve been friends for ages but just never noticed.”

"Like you've seen all the douche bags I've dated and shit… and I was just looking in all the wrong places. By the way I had the biggest crush on you for a while" she replied, the t.v screen creating dancing colours in her eyes

James smiled, “Really? When was that?” He asked, cocking his head to the side.

"Last year and the first few months of this year. Then I convinced myself that I'd never have a chance and kind of gave up" she replied

James chuckled and kissed her cheek, “Now look how the tables have turned.”

She laughed lightly, kissing his neck once again, "And how happy I am for that" she replied

(Sorry, school’s keeping me busy)
“Me too.” He replied softly, wrapping her in a huge hug.

(It's fine.)

She purred as he embraced her, wrapping her arms around his neck and resting her head on his shoulder

“I love you.” James muttered, closing his eyes.

"I love you too" she replied, letting her eyes lids become heavier and heavier until she was peacefully in sleep

James sighed a little before slowly falling asleep himself, arms still wrapped around Lilith.

Lilith scrolled through her phone in her recommended on instagram, taking in the weird thumbnails and click bait it had to offer

(Sorry, super busy and depression is acting up)
James had finished work and had dropped Home quickly to grab a few things of his. Once that was done and placed in a bag, along with his school things, he headed back to Lilith’s, knocking on the door once there.

Lilith was slightly startled by the knocking but quickly went to open it, "We're gonna have to get you a key" she laughed, glancing at the bag he hed in his hand

James laughed quietly, "All too true. I stopped home and got a few things of mine, as well as school things…"

A smile shifted across her face, bringing him into a hug and backing up into the entry way.

“What was that for?” James asked, even though he didn’t mind the sudden hug.

"Well, normally people give hugs when they are experiencing joy or love or as a subject of comfort" she replied, "And the first two things seem to match our situation currently. " she replied, pulling back and looking him in the eyes, a smile still on her face
