They talked for a few minutes, until the barman disappeared in the back. Rylan turned back towards Santiago and Flynn.
"He's going to get her. She should be around here. . . hopefully." She explained.

"When I said back up I meant the guns" She said trying to calm the nerves of Rylan and Santiago
Harlow stepped out a moment later, the ends of her hair still blueish and purple. “Rylan! Hey, how are you? Who are your friends? Do you need something?” She chattered, quickly but quietly.
"Woah, slow down." She laughed, hugging Harlow. "New hair?"
“Yeah, I figured blue and purple would be a little too obvious for someone on the run,” she laughed, returning the hug. “But tell me about you! How have you been? Are these your friends?”
"Good, except for the fact that the Republic tried to execute me. This is Santiago, my, uh. . . friend." She faltered, turning towards the two. "And this is Flynn."
“You hesitated,” she said, before turning to Santiago and Flynn. “Hi! Nice to meet you. I’m Harlow, but you can call me Harley if you want. Do you need help, or is this a social call? I don’t get an awful lot of those anymore.”
Santiago’s eyebrows raised, surprised by the girl’s vibrant hair. He glanced at Rylan, and his jaw clenched at the way she said friend. “It’s nice to meet you,” Santiago said with a smile, his tone holding a Hispanic accent.
She smiled, glad to be with Harlow again, who spoke way too fast for her own good. "Actually, we were wondering if you could help us. We're on the run from Republic soldiers."
"Hey" Flynn said eyeing the new girl up and down narrowing her eyes, she didn't know if she could trust her so she would be careful with her for the moment
“I’m not exactly the best person to come to for help in that situation. After all, I am too. However, you guys can lie low with me for awhile! Just help out around, yeah?” She grinned brightly.
"Yeah, sounds good." Rylan grinned, glancing at Santiago and Flynn. She turned back towards Harlow. "Thanks again, Harley."
"Ha yeah sooo um, how did you 2 meet if I can ask" Flynn said crossing her arms
“Welll, I used to be a Republic soldier. Then I got kicked out and labeled as an outlaw, for undisclosed reasons. And then…” she frowned. “Stuff happened. I met Rylan. Jeez, my memory’s really rusty. Anyways, come around back! Hope you guys can carry everything on you. Or do you have a car? That’d be great. And useful.”
Santiago stayed by Flynn’s side, his hands stuffed into the pockets of his dark jacket. He listened silently and took in the information.
//so

"Yeah, Harley was one of my first friends in the slums. I met her when I was fourteen." Rylan added, looking towards Flynn and Santiago. "We helped each other get food and supplies."
"It was easier to have a companion." She explained, nudging Harley playfully. When she mentioned companion, Rylan thought of Santiago's Spanish nickname for her.
//lovely u had ideas because I didn’t
“Oh, right, that is what happened!” She laughed, shaking her head. “I should really find some tricks to improve my memory,” she said, walking back behind the bar. “Honestly, I wouldnt’ve Lasted a day as a soldier.
//rAISE YOUR HAND IF UR HYPED FOR INFINITY WAR
begins to levitate
I’m sorry I’m just really excited
Rylan motioned for Santiago and Flynn to follow Harley. She stayed behind, searching the bar for anyone that might recognize her. Rylan would probably need Harley to help her with a new disguise.
//heyyy I’m here now
(Aye, same here.)
Santiago did what he was told, keeping his posture straight. He imagined a that his father would have laughed at him. Acting like a rebel but still going through the movements like a soldier. The more he thought about it, it made him want to laugh as well.
After a few more seconds of looking around the room, Rylan turned around, lowering her cap.
“So, do you guys have a car? It’d a little farther away,” Harlow continued chattering. “Come on, Rylan, this is a safe place for all kinds of criminals, cause everyone is too drunk to noticrna thing.”
"Guess so." Rylan nodded, but she was still wary. Something made her feel that she was being watched. She glanced at Flynn, still not trusting her completely. "We have a car in the back."
“Great! Can I drive? I won’t crash us, I swear.”
