Lilah sighed and made her way to the kitchen, where she got food for Lily. Once the puppy was fed, she took her outside and found Lilac, setting the puppy down beside the dog. Lilac barked and wagged her tail, bowing to get the puppy to play.
Lily barked loudly and happily, wiggling her little tail and jumping on Lilac's face. She backed off, bowing in play too, wiggling in excitement.
(So… Apparently, I wasn't supposed to be on this website… And my step-dad found out that I was on it, so now all of my electronics are being taken away, and I'm not going to be on here until further notice… I love my life…)
Lilah laughed as Lilac bounced around like a big puppy.
"I'll just leave you two to play, now," she chuckled, turning and going back to her room.
(Oh nooooo… AutumnnnN!!!!! STAY SAFE!)
Lily barked in response and continued jumping around happily, her tail lashing happily. She ran to and fro, this way and that to try and stump Lilac.
(Lol. Thanks.
Yeah, I'm pretty ticked because, like, I don't remember him saying I wasn't supposed to be on here?)
Lilac barked and spun in circles, trying to spot the puppy. When she finally did, she nudged at her side with her nose, trying to tip her over.
(;o;)
Lily let out a sharp bark of shock and toppled over. She hopped up quickly, wiggling.
Lilah made it back to her room and plopped onto her bed with a sigh. At least Cameron was in the shower, now.
A few minutes later Cameron stepped out of the shower and dried himself off with an extra towel. He got dressed in the PJs and walked out of the bathroom.
Lilah glanced over at Cameron with a small smile.
"Hey. Feeling any better?" she asked softly.
Cameron grunted softly and laid down in the bed. "I dunno. Prolly not."
"I'm sorry, Cam," Lilah sighed quietly. "I have no idea what got into him…"
(Hey how are you online rn?)
Cameron rested his head on the pillow, gazing up at the ceiling. "No, it's fine."
(I'm supposed to be working on Pre-calc…
And I'm going to listen to a teaching when it starts soon. Since I'm sick, I can't go to church, so I'm listening online.)
Lilah scooted closer to him a bit. "You sure?"
(aaah)
Cameron shut his eyes with a sigh. "Mhm. I'm sure."
(Shh… Pre-calc sucks…)
"Do you need cuddles?" Lilah asked quietly, moving so that her face was barely an inch away from his.
Cameron opened his eyes. He didn't expect her to be so close but he didn't move away. "Cuddles? Cuddles sound nice."
Lilah smiled a bit and held her arms open for him to cuddle. "Cuddles are the best medicine."
Cameron smiled a little back and opened his arms to accept her hug. "Yes they are."
Lilah hummed and wrapped her arms around him. She buried her face in his shoulder, smiling.
Cameron wrapped his arms around her securely, relaxing back into the bed. He sighed gently and shut his eyes.
"Let me know if you need anything," Lilah whispered, closing her eyes as well. "Anything at all."
Cameron made a faint noise in his throat. "I will."
(Skip? Or have her dad barge in?)
(Hm… Let's do both!)
Lilah fell asleep in Cameron's arms, her face still buried in his shoulder. She was awoken by someone clearing their throat loudly.
"Lilah Rose Lasota, what did I say about him?" King Kline demanded, his arms crossed over his chest.
(YEa!)
Cameron stirred hazily. Who… who is talking? Certainly not Lilah…
Lilah pulled out of Cameron's arms, shocked. "Dad! You couldn't have knocked first?"
"I did knock, but when you didn't answer, I opened the door to see you sleeping with him?" Kline looked furious, glaring at the younger man. "I thought I told you to stay away from him."
The poor younger man just looked confused and tired. He tried to blink himself awake but failed. Why am I so tired?
"You can't make me," Lilah declared, scooting closer to Cameron.
"Then I'm not sure if you can be queen," the king said, almost sadly.
Lilah scoffed. "You think that matters to me? Father, I don't know if you've noticed this, but I make a terrible queen."
Cameron cocked an eyebrow. That's kind of a dumb consequence for loving someone.
(Very Romeo-and-Juliet-like right now…)
"We can't have their name tarnish ours, Lilah," Kline sighed, shaking his head. "And you make a fine queen. You just need a prince to help you."
"And I have Cameron. Dad, I don't understand why you disapprove of him so much," Lilah said, looking hurt.
