When the girl from before touched him he jumped and shrieked louder. "DONT TOUCH ME! LET ME OUT!"He screams, he stops screaming words and just screams the banshee scream. The noise made the doctors and guards pull their hands over their ears, sadly that didn't help. In the midst of the chaos, one doctor studied the boy. He can do this with the collar blocking his powers, what would happen if he got loose?

(Incredible how that works. Too bad I can't find any friends with the strict parent issue. Today was my school's spirit week day where we were supposed to be superheroes, and I dressed up when my mom left, and my dad warned me that he was going to tell her, and I'd catch hell when I got home.)
