Roxane stares at her hands, not noticing her eyes and hair tips turning black. "I feel okay, I actually feel really good."

"Your eyes and hair are black. Like, all black." She warned. "Do you feel…in control? Like I did of the cosmos?"

"Yeah. I can feel the shadows, like the trees and your shadow." She said, still staring at her hand's in wonder. "Wait, did you say my eyes and hair are black?!"

Kylie nodded slowly. "This is a bit extreme." Her stomach twisted at this new, quite terrifying version of Rox. The sky let out a nervous shudder with a flash of green that looked suspiciously like the northern lights, even though it was spring.

Rox glanced up at the sky. "I should probably take this off." she said, frowning down at her arms.

"No, it's fine, it's just…kinda weird. I mean, I didn't change physically with the tiara." Kylie fingers the crown.

Xander put the ring on his fingers like how the others were putting their items on. He felt more… in control of his powers. "What do we do now?"

(Not gonna be here till 7:30ish)

"We figure all this out." Luis stated, looking around at the items the group had gathered. Just as he was about to question why he didn't have one, a few blades of grass grew up to the height of his shoulders, then handed him a small golden compass. “A compass?” Kylie peered over his shoulder.

"Strange," Rox muttered, taking a stand at the other shoulder. "Perhaps put the chain around your neck?"

Luis nodded, slipping the gold chain attached to the compass around his neck. The grass around him immediately grew up to his waist, and a few flowers sprouted around his feet. He felt like he understood his power more, but at the same time he didn't know exactly what he understood.

Hawkin was sitting on the coast. He had run for about 10 minutes, and he was watching the sky. Flashes of light and other things were coming from the direction that he had come from. Hawkin ran his hand through his hair. "What the heck is happening?" He kept running his hands through his hair, until one of his fingers caught on a chain in his hair. He pulled it out. "What the heck? I don't understand this… Is it bad that I know what kind of element is on this? It's magnesium… Highly… Explosive. Great just what I need…" He rolled his eyes, and put the necklace on. Suddenly, he felt in control. He bent his fingers, and stretched them out. He looked as far as he could down the beach. He stretched his hand out and cued an explosion that rocked the ground. "Whoa… That's intense…" He whispered. He pointed where he wanted an explosion chain, and he cued it. It followed his directions exactly. Earth shattering explosion after explosion, it did just as he wanted. The ground shook, and shook, and he could barely stand. he was pretty sure the others could feel what he was doing. He didn't care. After all it was just sand.

(Hawkin's necklace. Magnesium and flint. Used for starting fires, and small explosions.)

Elysia reluctantly put on the ring. Suddenly she felt better. She didn't know how but she did. (I could find any accessory that related to her power so I'm was just like oh well guess she gets a smiley ring)

Rox sat down on a rock, concentrating. she made a pulling motion at some shadows and the shadows moved to her hand, curling around her fingers. She wiggled her fingers, accidentally causing a beam of shadows to shoot out. "Fuck!" she muttered as the shadows touched a twig. the twig seemed to wither, curling in on itself.

“What the heck?” Kylie looked towards the explosions. “Hawkin!” She screeched. Ever since she’d discovered that he’d exploded the plane, Kylie had felt a particular resentment for him. A bright pink flare made the sky turn dark, with bright flashes for stars, for just a moment.

Hawkin didn't care. He heard Kylie, and he saw the rift she created, but he didn't care. He was just really mad. He pointed to the ocean, and willed a monster explosion to erupt out of the water. It sent a jet of steaming water up into the sky, High enough to be seen over the trees. It rocked the ground so hard, it brought Hawkin to his knees. He just stayed there. He fell onto his face, and he started crying. He couldn't stop. The explosions matched his personality at the moment. He didn't care…

Roxanne startled as she felt the explosions. Her shadows reacted to her small panic, enveloping her in a bubble of shadows and making sure she couldn't feel anything or hear anything. Though she wouldn't admit it, the shadow bubble was comforting… and warm, it also smelled like pine.

Hawkin stood up. He was fuming. He looked back at the way he came. He looked out into the ocean. He looked to his left and right. Something shiny on the left caught his attention. He looked back to the way he came again. He hardened his face into a emotionless line. He rocked one more explosion closer to the people this time, and ran off toward the shiny thing. He hoped it was something useful.

Soon, he arrived at the object, after running for about 5 minutes. It was what was left of the plane. he sucked in his breath through his teeth. The plane looked awful. The roof was gone, thanks to him, but it looked like it had been crumpled. Like, as if it had been put through a vacuum… Hawkin narrowed his eyes. "Let's see if anyone is on this stupid plane. I know for a fact that I didn't crumple the plane like it was paper… It has to be someone else…"

An explosion went off just a couple meters in front of Kylie, throwing her backwards. She stumbled, falling to her knees. Growling, she ran in the direction of the beach, knowing that Hawkin would be there. As she ran, small asteroids fell from the sky, making a path behind her. Somehow, the tiara didn’t fall off.

Hawkin looked back behind him. Asteroids were falling from the sky. "Well great. Here comes the parade. Now, if she finds me, she'll see that I only ripped the roof off of this plane. And if she still doesn't believe me, I'm pretty sure I know this area well enough to get away…" Hawkin climbed up the side of the plane, and he stood on top of it. He looked down into it, and jumped in it. He looked on every row, and made sure that he was literally the only person on the crashed plane.

Luis played with the compass around his neck. At least it's something useful. He took it off his neck after a few minutes, then held it flat in his palm. The small patch of plants around him were tilting in the same direction the red arrow on the compass was pointing. He felt the explosions, and after a few panicked seconds he remembered that one of them had the power to explode things.

Kylie came out onto the beach, the sky above her literally starting to form black cracks. She saw the crashed plane and began to run harder.
Nearing closer, she noticed that the roof was blown off and that the plane had turned in on itself, of a sorts. She climbed it, tumbling into the aisle with a squeak.

Hawkin turned around. He said bluntly, "I found the plane. No one is here. I blew the roof off as you can see, but I didn't cause this…" He gestured to the crumpled walls of the plane.

Kylie looked around with wide eyes. “I…I believe you, but…who did? And where is everyone else?” Her lip began to quiver, but she was determined not to cry.

Hawkin shrugged. "I don't know. But it has to be one of the others. As for your family, I have no idea where they are…" He looked at Kylie with a blank expression. "If you want to cry, I'm fine with it. I mean I did kind of face plant into the sand and cry because I'm such a drama queen…" He turned around, and he walked into the cockpit of the plane to give Kylie some privacy. "If you need me, I'm up here. I'm going to see if there is anything useful. I mean I could fix most of this stuff, probably."

After Rox calmed down, the shadows shed. She saw the drama going on and jogged over, the shadows following. She got there and leaned over, trying to catch her breath. "Wha- what is going on?"

Hawkin bumped his head and cursed. He rubbed his head, and noticed that nothing exploded. From the front of the plane he shouted, "Well, as of now, I'm trying to see if anything from this plane is salvageable…"

As Hawkin left the scene, a giant swell of emotions overtook the sixteen-year-old. What had once been dark cracks in the sky opened, letting the cosmos through - asteroids slammed down around the plane, and colorful space dust flowed through the crack to settle down in the ocean. Stars whizzed through, landing in the water with a loud sizzle.

Hawkin looked out from the shattered front windshield of the plane. He mused to himself, "Well dang. She's going to end the world right here… I wonder if I can startle her and focus her mind on other things…" Hawkin focused, and let a low rumbling explosion happen. It rolled down the beach spraying sand everywhere, and it left a chasm. It passed the plane, and it shook it like an earthquake. All this time Hawkin was laughing maniacally.
