"Mm-mm. No, it's not," Lilah argued.

Cameron gave a gentle hum that rumbled in her ear. He put a hand on her back and relaxed into the bed again.
“I’m sure I could find some kind of argument to that.”

"Doubt it," Lilah murmured. She wrapped her arms around him again, snuggling closer.

Cameron grinned sleepily down at her. “Enjoying my tummy, Lilah?”

"Mmhm. You're warm," Lilah murmured.

His tummy gave a hungry gurgle.
“Tummies are usually very warm.” Cameron giggled a little.

"You're also loud," Lilah sighed, hearing the noise.

Cameron tilted his head. “What do you mean by that?”

"Your stomach is growling," Lilah said. "Maybe we should go get food before it starts eating itself."

Cameron shut his eyes slowly. “But sleep compels me.”

"Sleep always compels you," Lilah chuckled.

Cameron gave a gentle laugh and wiggled on the bed. “Yep, indeed it does.”

Lilah sighed and sat up. "C'mon, Cam. Let's go get food."

Cameron gazed up at her and took her hands. “Noo let’s stay here.”

"I can literally hear your hunger, Cam," Lilah laughed, squeezing his hands. "We should go eat."

Cameron sighed and slowly sat up. “Alright, alright, I’m coming.”

Lilah chuckled and went over to the mirror to make sure her hair looked okay. Once she was satisfied that she looked fine, she went to the door.

"Should we go see if Liam has any clothes you can borrow?" she asked Cameron, smiling.

Cameron stood, then went straight to Lilah, not looking in any type of mirror.
“Nah, I’m fine in these.”

"You're sure?" Lilah asked. "I'm sure he'd be willing."

"You're sure?" Lilah asked. "I'm sure he'd be willing."

Cameron shook his head. “I’m alright. I don’t want to bother him more than I have.”

Lilah nodded slowly.

"Okay. Let's go, then, yeah?" she said, grinning. She was finally going to drive herself somewhere again!

Cameron grinned back. “Let’s go. Do you have any money?”

"Yeah, of course," Lilah nodded as she stepped out the door.

Cameron felt a little guilty as he stepped out after her. “I should be the one to pay. Sorry I don’t have any money.”
