That's actually why, yeah)
(oh sweet! I actually perceived something correctly! Boo yah! Take that Mom and andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)! I’m not completely oblivious!)
“N-no.” She stutters, now even redder with embarrassment. “I’m fine.” She starts playing with the sewn-on heart on her shirt’s chest and staring at it like it was the most fascinating thing in the place.
(Oh my gods! I just remembered that they never took the cake out of the oven! Ok, ok. So, how about they find it on the counter, frosted and everything with a note from Slenderman explaining that he had finished it up for them because of the recent events.)
(okie dokie)
He smiles a little, kissing her forehead before walking into the kitchen. Setting her gently on the counter, he walks towards the freezer and grabs her ice. "Here you go, love." He kisses her cheek. He sees the cake, starting a little. "Didn't we forget that in the oven?"
She gets set down on the counter and Tino goes to grab the ice. As she takes the ice, smiling shyly at his kiss when she freezes, looking to where he was. Her eyes widen. “Yeah…. wait, look!” She points to just next to the delicious looking dessert. “There’s an envelope next to it.” She then hunches over suddenly as another bolt of pain shoots across her stomach. She presses the ice to her injuries gingerly. She slouches and moans with relief. “Oooooohhh…. that feels so much better….”
Toby watches, confused
"Easy tiger." he says softly, smiling a little. He walks towards the envelope and grabs one of the knives, cracking it open. "It's from slendy." He walks towards her, envelope and letter in hand. "Let's read it together, yeah?"
(Lol. Casually grabs knife without flipping out.)
“Ok.” She replies, putting her head on his shoulder so she could see. Here’s what the letter said.
‘Dear Poison And Patchwork,
*’I apologize for the behavior of my other proxy Masky and all pain he put you through. Be assured that he will deal with consequences when he shows his face again. Poison, I give you my full consent to beat that bastard to a pulp the next time you see him. I was in the kitchen when I heard the oven timer go off and found your cake. I took the liberty of finishing it up as an apology.’*
-Patch glances up at the brown frosting with roses decorating it. She looks back to the letter.
*‘Patchwork, behind the cake should be some epsome salt and a small bottle of witch hazel oil. Please try to soak the stitches with water mixed with the salt and try to keep it dry other than that. Put the witch hazel on every morning to help with the inflammation. Poison, remember what I said. Feel better soon Patchwork, and try not to get up to too much mischief, both of you.’*
Sincerely,
Slenderman.
Patch looked up at Tino. “What does he mean by calling you “Poison” Tino?”
(Sorry that took a while. I was researching how to care for stitches.)
He shrugs and shakes his head weakly. "I'm not sure, love. Maybe it's when I… black out or something?" He asks softly, looking around. He wasn't sure. He takes a breath and smiles looking at the other. "Let's enjoy some cake, yeah?" He asks, looking at it. "It actually looks really good."
She looks at him, making sure nothing was wrong before looking at the cake again. Her stomach made a loud rumbling noise. She blushed and looked at her feet that were dangling over the side of the counter. “Yeah, that sounds good.”
He chuckles and kisses her gently before grabbing a knife, his eyes flashing slightly before cutting the cake. One piece for himself another for Patchwork. "Shall we, my queen?" He hands her a piece happily.
Patch blushed deeper and giggled at the nickname. “Thank you my kind knight.” She took one look at the cake and immediately started eating quickly. She may or may have not gotten some frosting on her face in the process. Her eyes fluttered half closed as she enjoyed the best cake she had ever eaten. It was thick, sweet, and loaded with fudgy frosting. She left the beautiful sugar rose for last. Finally, she put the plate to the side and leaned back against the wall, taking her ice pack and icing her wounds again.
Tino ate slowly, savoring each bite. He smiled softly, glad to see Patch happy. He finished off his cake and sighs happily. He blinks, noticing the icing coating a bit of her lips. He smirks, getting a devious idea. He gently cups her chin and leans forward, kissing her lips gently, cleaning away the icing. He pulls away and smiles innocently. "You had icing."
//when you read a fanfiction and your just like "huh. So that happened."
Takala kept yanking on the sheet, actually toppling over on her spindly legs.
Patchwork was quite comfortable at the moment when Tino suddenly took her chin and held her still while he kissed her. She squeaked. He tasted like chocolate. When he pulled away and said she had had icing on her lips her cheeks boiled. His face looked innocent, but he clearly wasn’t. She grabbed the front of his shirt and pulled him in for another kiss. She quickly pulled away again though and said, “You had mischief on your face.”
Tino smiles a little before he starts in surprise. He giggles softly and wraps his arms gently around him. "I love you." He says softly, nuzzling the other as he says this. He relaxed and sighs happily. "Would we head back to the room so you can rest?" He asks gently, still concerned about her well being.
Patch smiled and leaned into his embrace. He was so warm… “Yeah. That’d be nice.” She replied. “Maybe I can-“ she started to try and wriggle off the counter.
"Oh no you don't." He says firmly. "You're not walking. Understand. You're hurt and we're not going to cause more pain than needed." He kisses her forehead before picking her up, and starting to walk. He hums softly, knowing his way to their room.
Patch sighed as she let Tino pick her up and carry her. She curled up into a ball and pressed her face into his shoulder, pouting. “Fuck Masky.” She mumbled. She listens to him hum as he walks through the hallways.
Toby watched silently. He wipped his face again with a twitching hand
//Oh wait what were we doing with Ben?
"GAH!" Takala roars
(Oh shoot. Totally forgot about that scene. Ummm…)
Masky yawned. He was freakin tired as fuck. “Anyways. I need to head to my safe house and get some sleep.” He looked over at Hoodie. “Good luck at Slendy’s place.” He glanced over to Ben and nodded non-chalantly. He walked off.
//lol, same though honestly
Toby continued to watch, unamused
Ben just watched, cocking an eyebrow.
He holds her and they enter their room. He sets her down gently. "Alrighty sweetheart. Here we are." He tucks her into the bed and settles over the blankets and holds her gently, running a hand through her hair. "Feeling any better?" He asks gently, resting beside her.
Patch closed her eyes in bliss. “Much.” She sighed happily. She opened her eyes again and asked Tino, “Do you see that red bag over there?” She pointed. “Can you grab it for me please?” She looked up, hopeful.
Tino blinks before looking over at the red bag. He smiles sweetly, kissing her forehead before walking towards the red bag and grabbing it gently. He returns to the bed and offers it to her. "Here you go love." He says happily as he snuggles back beside her.
She smiles happily as he gives her the bag, then snuggles into him as she pulls out some knitting needles and black and blue yarn and gets to work. As she knits she asks Tino, “So you lived in Europe Tino? Which part?”
Tino relaxes, watching her knit happily. He nuzzles beside her, holding her in his arms as he watched her work. He looks up at her when she spoke then looks down. "I lived not to far from the border of Germany. I lived in France, tiny little town." He shrugs then turns his gaze on her. "What about you?"
“I lived in a small town up in the northernmost part of New York. It was quiet. To be honest, it was a little too quiet for my liking. But because of my heart, I often ended up in a hospital a little farther south. It was in what we called Western New York. It’s funny, but I’ve heard of people complaining about how hospital food sucks, but the hospital I went to had the best food. I was always surprised when I didn’t come out of that building 15 pounds heavier than before.” She chuckled. She looked at him again, her fingers still flying. “Is there anywhere in the world that you’ve always wanted to visit?”
