Tino had fallen to the floor, braced against the doors, covering his ears. He looked up, shooting to his feet when Slenderman came out. He pants, looking desperately towards Patch, but could not see her over Slenderman's shoulder. "Sh-she might get hurt again." He whispers. "I can't leave her alone… M-masky…" He takes a trembling breath, but follows anyways.

(Oops. Guess my virus sread over the Internet. Monday and Tuesday I was stuck home sick too. I don’t blame you for sleeping.)

Slenderman patter the boy’s back and assured him, ”Trust me. If Masky doesn’t want to be killed, he won’t come back for a while.” They arrived at Slender’s office. He sat down at his desk and gestured for Tino to take a seat as well. ”Tino.” he begins, ”I’ve been in charge of many many creepypasta formany many years.” Slender shifted in his chair. *”And their’s one thing that stands prominent in every single one of them. They refuse to give up living altogether…. that is, unless they are over-stressed with multiple things that would possibly break their spirit. This is most common among the females, but some males suffered from it as well.” Slender paused and cleared his throat and took out a notepad and pen. ”I already know that Masky had kidnapped her, but that alone would not be enough to break her will to live. If I may ask, what were you and Patch doing up until that point?”

Takala races past trees, boulders, small valleys and what not til she comes to a road. She starts to run along it on the side.

Hoodie pulled some painkillers out of his bag, handing them to Masky silently.

Masky took the bottle and shook a couple down his throat. He sighed and waited for the meds to kick in. He felt in his pocket for his cigarettes.
They weren’t there. “Oh, come on!” He complained. Then he reached for the pain killers again, about to take more in place of his cigarettes.

The slight rustling kicked up again. This time, the two could catch something actually moving up in the branches

Masky looked up and saw something flashing through the branches. He stopped walking. “Stop stalking and show yourself!”

"No." Hoodie says and takes the painkillers back. He sits on a rock, thinking of how mad Slendy would be when he found out that Hoodie had helped Masky.

Tino looks down the moment he sat down, tears welling in his eyes. He was so scared for her. When Slenderman asked him to explain, he looks up, trying to calm down. He relaxes completely. "We went to the library, where we had our first encounter with Masky. He had scared both of us almost to death and we decided to leave. We had decided we wanted to first go to the library, then to the dungeons, then to the pool. But after the library incident we went ahead to the pool." He whispers, looking at the ground. "We had a fine time in the pool, but then we went to the kitchen and that's when-" His voice cracks and he looks down. "And that's when I saw the knife." He looks at Slenderman. "She and I became very close, very fast. When I saw the knife, I froze. She tried to comfort me but I told her to leave it and pushed past her. I had no idea how that was going to hurt her. A-and that's when she left and she was kidnapped by Masky."

Takala reaches an intersection. She looks down both roads. Two cars where headed her way from different directions. The one that was coming toward her had the right of way didn't slow down. The one from her right wasn't slowing down either and swerving everywhere. She lurches out of the way of the two cars with a loud yelp. A loud crunching sound ripped at her large, deer-like ears. She rolls into a dip in the road as flames start to flare up around her from the colision.
She looks up to see two slumped figures in the totally car. She staggers to her feet and run to the crushed car. It was splattered in blood. She yanks the open side of the car's door open, clawing at the boy's seat-belt. She drags him out to the pavement then dove for the driver. The woman's hips where caved in my the steering wheel. She was still conscious. Her eyes widen slightly at the sight of the Wendigo.

Layra gasps for air, her hand reaching out for the Wendigo, "Watch… Him…" It was her last ditch effort. She didn't even know if the creature understood her.
Takala nudges the woman's hand and a bloody hand print was left against her skull's right nostril hole.
