Max glanced at her and saw her blushing deeply. Why is she blushing…..? He quickly looked away when he thought Rose looked at him.

((Omg really!? I mean- I’m low key jealous of you now. I’ve been turned down by both of my crushes in the past.. I mean I don’t blame them, cause I’m an ugly nerd, but it’d be nice to never have to go through the pain!! Lol I’ve actually been trying to work up the courage to tell him how I feel, but I doubt I’ll go through with it :/. Lol whatever xD))

During a short pause in the song, Rose managed to swipe part of her fringe out of her face, then get back to playing her part. She couldn’t help glancing back at Max. Before he could notice her look, she forced her attention onto Brendon, who was standing at the end of the stage. She couldn’t help the jealousy that she felt when he hit the extremely high notes. Considering her vocal range was pretty much an alto, she could never dream of singing that high. She didn’t notice it, but her eyes glossed over in wonder as the song started to wind down. Despite all the anxiety throughout the show, she understood this was the place she wanted to be, preforming in front of others.

(But I've always wanted to have crush. I mean, everyone always kept talking about it and stuff and I want to know what that feels like. Btw, I don't think you're an ugly nerd, if anything, that's probably me)

Max quietly played the guitar for the song, a small smile on his face the whole time.

Before it could even occur to her, the song ended. The concert was over. The deafening roar of the crowd yanked her back into reality. She couldn’t help the huge smile lighting up her face. In the grand scheme of it, she did very little to affect the concert, but the praise felt nice all the same. Part of her wanted to bow, but she honestly wasn’t sure how to behave. She quickly looked at the others on stage, trying to figure out what to do with herself.

Max internally sighed in relief when he realized the concert was over. In the big scene, he was barely nothing but he couldn't help smiling slightly as he watched the crowd. He wanted to be dramatic and funny so he bowed deeply with a small smile on his face.
