Blaine smiled at him for a moment before finding a comfortable place to lay down. Once she had lain down, she closed her eyes and quickly fell asleep on the forest floor.
Blaine smiled at him for a moment before finding a comfortable place to lay down. Once she had lain down, she closed her eyes and quickly fell asleep on the forest floor.
Andion hummed to himself as he swam through the water for a while. After about an hour or so, he decided it best to stop swimming and headed out of the lake.
Blaine stirred in her place on the ground, rolling over onto her stomach. She didn't wake up, just hid her face in her arms as she continued to sleep.
Andion chuckled and sat down next to Blaine, "Blaine, it's getting late."
"Mm…" Blaine hummed, blinking her eyes open a bit and rolling into her side so that she was facing Andion. "What?"
"It's getting late, and James will be in town by now." Andion replied, grinning.
"Oh… Right…" Blaine said sleepily. She slowly sat up, then looked at Andion. Sticking her arms up toward him, she muttered, "Carry me."
Andion chuckled, "Yes Miss." He picked her up gently and carried her to the horse, "You're gonna have to ride yourself." He said, placing her on the horse.
"I forgot we rode here," Blaine mumbled, rubbing her eyes. She yawned and shook her head. After blinking a few times, she was good to go.
"You good?" Andion looked over as he untied the horses and mounted his own.
Blaine started to say yes before she looked at herself and laughed.
"Well, then. That would have been awkward to ride back into the guild in," she said, shaking her head as she jumped back down from the horse.
Andion chuckled, "We can either go back to the guild to change into something more suitable then what we brought or go straight to Jake's. Your choice."
"Well, I just meant that I forgot to actually put my clothes on…" Blaine trailed off, giving him a look as she grabbed her clothes.
"Sorry, yeah I was just stuck admiring your beauty but sure. Put your clothes on and obstruct the view." Andion said, grinning.
Blaine snorted and rolled her eyes. "You can see more later, don't worry," she promised as she pulled her clothes on.
"Mmm, I better or I'm filing a complaint." Andion replied, still grinning like a mad man.
"Yeah, I'm sure you will," Blaine said, smirking as she rolled her eyes at the look on his face. "You almost look like you don't even want to go meet Jake first."
"Hard choice, but yes, James first, you later. Come on!" Andion let out a laugh before kicking the horse in motion and headed towards the town.
"Hey!" Blaine laughed as she hopped into her clothes, and she got onto her horse.
Andion laughed, "Come on already!"
Blaine shook her head with a chuckle as she kicked her horse to go faster. She soon caught up with Andion, then stuck her tongue out at him as she passed him.
(Can you tell I was basically asleep when I sent those last posts? Lol.)
(Yeah, I could tell XD)
"Hey!" Andion explained as he made his horse go faster to catch up with Blaine. He let out a howl of laughter.
(I was like, Oh, let's see how late I can stay up. Lol. Apparently, about 1:00-1:30ish, but I can't write coherently.)
Blaine laughed and leaned forward on her horse, begging him to go faster. She flew through the trees, passing Andion once more.
(Aha, I write better in the middle of the night)
Andion chuckled before kicking his horse to go faster, gradually meeting up with Blaine before surpassing her with a wolfish grin. He then let out a cackle of laughter and jumped over a log.
(Well, I do, too, if I can keep my eyes open. Lol.)
"Hey!" Blaine laughed. She leaned forward even more, practically laying on the horse's neck, now. Getting the horse to go faster was easy, he was eager to do so. Again, she caught up to Andion, though she just stayed beside him this time.
"Ha HA! Winning!" Andion whistled and the horse darted to the road and slowed down when a couple of passing merchants carts were drawing closer. Andion gave them a smile before picking up the speed again.
Blaine shook her head with a laugh and carefully maneuvered her way around the other people in the road. Once past them, she caught up with Andion.
"I don't think so!" she exclaimed as she flew past him again.
"No fair! And Jame's house is this way!" Andion chuckled as he took a left turn down into the darker streets of the city, slowing down his horse to a trot.
Blaine pulled back on the reins and steered the horse toward Andion. She caught up and trotted beside him.
"How about we call that a tie?"
"Sure, tie it is. Now be quiet, this place has a lot of bad folk livin' 'ere." Andion said in a more hushed tone then usual. His horse he's now pulled to an even slower pace and Andion was scanning the road ahead and beside them.
